Nice location right on the river. Close to Coeur d’Alene. Only downside is the rooms don’t get turned over except between guests. My stay was 3 days, room didn’t get cleaned once, and I had to hunt down staff for some towels. Not sure if that is just how it is or if we were a one-off.

Pros (+) The room was a nice size and the bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) There was no coffee pot in the room, but we were told there was hot water in the lobby. When we went down to get some late that evening the container was empty. The keys didn’t work most of the time and you had to repeatedly try them to access the building and your room. The outside door didn’t seal well. Overall it needs updating and repaired.
