Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praised the hotel’s breakfast for its variety and quality, as well as the beautiful and convenient location. However, many reviews mention issues with service, such as lack of staff presence, unclear information, and inconvenient arrangements for amenities like the pool and parking. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests finding rooms clean and modern, while others reported unclean or poorly maintained facilities. The pool and spa facilities were appreciated but often located in separate buildings, causing inconvenience. Overall, the hotel’s strengths are its breakfast and location, but service and facility management could be improved.
