Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and proximity to key attractions. However, many express dissatisfaction with the service, describing staff as unhelpful or unfriendly. Cleanliness is a recurring concern, with several reports of dirty rooms, worn bedding, and maintenance issues. The breakfast is often described as basic or inadequate, and some guests find the rooms small or poorly maintained. Overall, while the location is a highlight, significant improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and amenities to meet guest expectations.
