Guests consistently praise the hotel’s friendly and helpful staff, beautiful island location, and excellent snorkeling opportunities. Many appreciated the easy access to the mainland, the relaxed atmosphere, and the unique features like the underwater post office. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience is positive for those seeking a relaxing getaway with good service and natural beauty.
