Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were highly satisfied with the hotel's service, highlighting the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff across all areas, from reception to restaurant and housekeeping. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, especially in rooms and common areas, though a few noted issues with pool and outdoor cleanliness. The food, including breakfast and buffet options, received consistent praise for variety and quality. The hotel's location by the beach and proximity to attractions was also a major positive. However, some guests expressed concerns about safety, particularly around the pool area, and mentioned issues with air conditioning and occasional noise. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, making for a highly recommended stay.
