Cons: Rooms smell musty. Everything felt grotty. The pool in the room was small and very little room around it to hang out. The main pool is small and messy. The food was poor. Housekeeping forgot some items and took hours to send it through. Not much to do.

Cons: The private should at least be installed a heater or more heat lights so that at least we can use the pool during cold weather especially at night.The pool or at night. Its a waste we cant used it during the night as the water is too cold.

Pros: Breakfast spread was good More of local delicacies with a touch of continental food was topped up well when informed it was clean Taste wise average of slightly above btw 1 to 10 i would give a 6+ i booked for a supreme room but was upgraded to the chalet initially i was worried as i had my mum and brother who could not walk far but thanks to the regular buggy who took away my stress i must thank the following guys who made my stay even better Luqman Helmy Asraf and James

Cons: Dirty bedroom and bathroom (toilet paper everywhere on the floor, dirty and torn sheets, dirty windows and mirors), dirty and uncomfortable adult swimming pool inside and outside (and no towel), bad quality of services (for example : housekeepers very noisy shouting all day and they forget to clean ou room the first day! I had to ask reception for luggage transport because nobody helped us although the room was very far from the reception), food average, 40 minutes waiting only for a snack.

Cons: Could hear a lot of noise from outdoors, had pretty noisy neighbors. Room was too close to the pool as well. The gun controller for the Time Crisis game was faulty and we ended up wasting quite a bit of tokens trying to troubleshoot it. Really glad they fixed up the two player game next to it though!

Cons: Breakfast was fairly normal. The check in was rather late n had to wait almost 1 1/2 hours. Room was only ready at 5 which should be improved better next time. Mini atv rides for kids to be charged and maintained properly.

Cons: The building is old, the door is broken, no host pipe in the bathroom, 1 of the room light is not functioning. Bed is very old. I ask for extra bed which is rm60.they send a matress with the bedsheet n 1 pillow, without blanket. When I make complain during check out. They ask me why I’m not asking since last night, without say any sorry. Overall , I’m not comfortable and not satisfied, will not come again.

Cons: Amenities are poor. Five/four/three star resort deserves more care, amenities, gestures, night programs. The swimming pool to be used with hizab, that was spectculous dress code in deed. I dont think you can attract the Euro Americans with such environment. Guess you dont look for that as well.
