Cons: Rooms smell musty. Everything felt grotty. The pool in the room was small and very little room around it to hang out. The main pool is small and messy. The food was poor. Housekeeping forgot some items and took hours to send it through. Not much to do.

Pros: Great services from staff. ALL of them actually managed to put on smiles though its quite hectic due to school holidays
Cons: If you want to try local food its a bit far. Our unit located next to fishing and crabbing spot,its a great spot but theres actually a guy or 2 guys non stop fishing there from sunset to next sunrise with alcoholoc drinks, urinate publicly at that area, quite nuisance for other people to take photos.

Cons: The private should at least be installed a heater or more heat lights so that at least we can use the pool during cold weather especially at night.The pool or at night. Its a waste we cant used it during the night as the water is too cold. Microwave please indicate for halal use only or mix used.

Pros: Awesome location on the beach, with plenty of great views such as the one from the lounge. Great service in the spa.
Cons: The whole place needs a serious make-over and hasn't been well designed either, like the noisy exhaust of the A/C next to the window or the toilet seats smaller than the bowl. Service too could be improved, the cleaners left pigeon stuff on the balcony seats, we had to request things several times from reception etc.

Cons: The service was very poor. Reach at hotel room but no towel provided. Request from 5pm but the housekepping come send at 8pm!! Called the housekepping service many times and they replied ‘oh i thought they sending the towel already. What a dissapointment.

Cons: Well I took 2 rooms. Both had the sink faucet stuck. Need to call to fix it. Shower is really low class. Most disappointing for a 4 star rated hotel.

Cons: Checking in process - many people checked in at the same time and not enough staff to help all people. elevators did not always work - we were on the 10th floor. The entire building needs face lift - location is great

Pros: but i respect the maintenance people who works diligently even though only 2 of them taking care the whole hotel.
Cons: the facilities is a little disappointing, hot shower broken , nearly burn my skin. air conditioner also problem. water dripping out and produce a lot of noise. the television remote control problem causing me to change the channel manually. the phone line to the hotel reception also dead. Make me go down and up several times to report the problem. the hotel management should take awareness of this kind of problem before providing the room to the guests. the 4 stars hotel like, should provide services like 4 stars. but i respect the maintenance people who works diligently even though only 2 of them taking care the whole hotel.

Pros: Wonderful view of the sea from the room. Room was clean and spacious. Pool had floating dead floating bug in them, which is inevitable as the light is on all night (couldn’t find the switch to turn it off?). Staff will come in everyday to clean out the pool. Overall great service!

Cons: The front desk counter (Indian lady supervisor with spectacle) was not accommodating when we requested for a slightly late check-out as we had bed ridden father to prepare for check-out.

Cons: Jacuzzi (outlet pipe leaking) Staff not well trained, no standardization : 1. Deposit taken (but cannot charge to room for room service, need to pay cash. Credit card payment was told to go to restaurant) 2. Voucher given (for food). Asked reception if can take away, mentioned cannot. But restaurant allows take away. 3. Reception mentioned cannot provide tax invoice. Only can get from booking.com. But I selected option for pay at premise. Breakfast was terrible. Food was cold. First day, eggs was pre made and left out. Cold and greasy. Second day, Egg station long queue. Staff had 2 stove, but only using 1 at a time. Hard boil egg for Nasi lemak Is whole with shell. Nescafé machine first day working, second day not working.
