Pros (+) The staff were very friendly, I arrived after their office had closed and they left me a note with how to access the room. It was a great location, clean and the beds were comfortable.
Cons (-) There was no soap in the bathroom, there was an empty soap dispenser and no bars of soap or hand soap.
