We absolutely loved the staff....so friendly. Nunzio took us to see the sights, got us to Herculaneum, took us to Sorrento and picked us up there and took us to Naples train station. Great guy, no English but great. Joseph at front desk marvelous. And Tonia was an absolute gem. This hotel is a great value, but the staff is absulutely first class. Honestly the location is great and this hotel is a good value for the money. We spent time on the roof top balcony. Had picnic meals up there in the cool evenings. One of our favorite stops in Italy mainly because of the staff.
Bed and linen a little uncomfortable. But not really too bad.
