The location of the hotel is perfect (one side - some km promenade, other side - downtown). Wonderful scenic view from the room. Good breakfast, balneo pool inside the hotel.
The linen was grey. The parking - I'm afraid that in Summer there wouldn't be able to park the car, because there is only one not big parking opposite the hotel near casino. The hotel consists of 3 houses with separate elevators connected by the ground floor (one day the elevator in one house was out of service and we couldn't use another one to rich the 4th floor).
Great location. Beautiful sea view. Good amenities. Calm for the autumn season. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Good SPA center.
The design and interior are satisfactory. The mattress is firm. The shower didn't work. Narrow bath. Poor organization of breakfast and dinner due to the large group. The pool had a sludge junk in the corners.
Pomorie is just lovely small sea town. Saint George is in the middle of the old town. Big rooms, beautiful view over the Bourgas bay, fine cuisine in the restaurant. I also enjoyed a very relaxing massage after tough and busy day...it helped a lot. Compliments to the staff as a whole!
A great location beside the sea although may be noisy in summer from the club opposite. The beds were comfortable with nice clean sheets and our balcony was very generous (room 327 - the rooms ending in 7 seem to be nice corner rooms). The pool and spa facilities, such as they were, were clean despite the mould and flaking paint when we visited and relatively empty most of the time. The breakfast was completely adequate for a 2-3* hotel in Bulgaria. If you want 'health-style' procedures, then maybe consider the sanatorium for 66 leva a day. If you want luxury spa on a budget, rent another hotel/bnb and go to Grand Hotel Primoretz for 30 leva a day of properly decent facilities.
Peeling paint, stained carpets, broken showers, taps and clocks. Odd smells throughout, covered in air freshener clinging to the cobwebs. This place is in such desperate need of renovation that I'm surprised the owner would advertise his name in the intro to his website. I can't believe he would invite any friend here. It seems especially mean to declare yourself as a spa hotel with very minimal facilities (a sauna that fits max 2 people sitting; tiny steam room; 3 loungers in a room with some salt on the floor; and a pool too small for swimming, but has a powerful Jacuzzi in one corner that fits 3-4) and yet reduce them still further! The pool is the only part that's open from 8am to 8pm. The sauna/steam room etc. are only switched on from 2pm, which effectively makes them useless before 4pm. WHY? Saving power costs when the only advantage for guests is using the facilities when empty is simply bizarre. Don't do mud baths etc. Mine was barely tolerable, but my friend was in a shallow tub that didn't even cover her and naked in a room without curtains, looking directly onto the road. When we said we would only have a mud bath if we could be together, we imagined something like Louis mudding in Suits, two friends chatting in thick mud in the same room. The reality? Communist-sanatorium-style cubicles, many doors down from each other with tepid water and a few handfuls of stinky black sulphur and random bits. 25 leva each for 20 minutes. The staff were generally great and if they just renovate the place and make a few tweaks it could be a great hotel!
Breakfast was good--the choices offered are so-so, but the restaurant setting makes it a pleasant experience. The breakfast staff are excellent at keeping everything going smoothly.
My second stay here (on a different floor), and again, the carpeting in the rooms needs to be replaced--like right now. Also, the desk chairs look like they came from a thrift store--a stylish chair will really improve the look and comfort of the room.
