Pros: I liked the two bedroom apartments, they were clean and very large with incredible comfortable beds.
Cons: I did not like the fact that I have to pay for chairs and umbrellas at the beach in the Penelope property! For such a expensive hotel this is unacceptable. Very disappointed. The pool is small and there are no towels, also, very disappointed. The spa is very basic. I expected much much more for the money! 0 entertainment for children, very boring hotel. This hotel is for 65+ not for young people or families. The staff was ok, but not great, actually kind of rude.i asked the receptionist about towels for the pool and she told me to go buy some what was I expecting, I was shocked

Pros: Everything was fine.,no problem at all
Pros: Also it was out of season most of the relevant facilities worked. The inner pool was grate. It was very clean and the staff was pleasant and helpful. Grate for kids and sure that during the season it will be better.
Cons: The food (breakfast & resturant) in the hotel was not good and the variety is minimal. At the first evening when we just got there we used the buffet dinner (which was very very poor) and paid 50% more then any other resturant in Bulgaria.
Pros: Breakfast, staff and free wifi was good.Rooms are clean and comfortable.View is perfect.
Cons: Location is far away city center.
Pros: The menu within the resort is truly all inclusive and compared to many other hotels, there’s actually some quite good food at times. You can have all of your daily meals for free.
Cons: A 5-star hotel should not be charging you £10 per day to park your car inside the resort as a guest. I didn’t even pay attention to that fact upon paying for my booking and was unpleasantly surprised to learn that parking comes at an additional cost. Had a quick chat with the facility manager on shift at the reception and was compensated with free parking for the duration of my stay.
Pros: Hotel itself it’s beautiful
Cons: Poor entertainment very disappointed. The evening ,,show’’ was so bad my 6 years old niece could do better. Management should consider hiring professionals who know how to entertain people at hotels.
Pros: Great clean extra space room. Very good food, close to The beach,
Cons: The all inclusive bars on The beach were to scattered. No amenities for strollers on The beach (e.g. wooden crossings) weak Wi-Fi and The safe box was at extra cost

Pros: Our second time at the hotel and just live the peaceful environment, we had a Mud Bath in the Spa, The lady was so friendly. Just love coming back !!
Cons: I asked for a Cappuccino from the machine in the restaurant for breakfast, not available so had an Espresso.....terrible !!! The second day they said we can bring you one will cost you 3 lev....what !!! so went outside to the machine and paid 0.60lev, for such a great hotel definitely think they can give us a complimentary Cappuccino for Breakfast.
Pros: Generally the place was nice and clean for reasonable price, the location was OK. The view on sea was amazing.
Cons: Personal didn’t speak fluent any languages other than Bulgarian and perhaps Russian; they were professional and tried to act friendly, they seemed to me unconfident because of the language and didn’t try to communicate. Furnitures were rather old and didn’t seem that nice, I’d at least expect newer mattresses. The bathroom would need some update, at least cleaning drainpipe so one wouldn’t stay in water.
Pros: Breakfast was good--the choices offered are so-so, but the restaurant setting makes it a pleasant experience. The breakfast staff are excellent at keeping everything going smoothly.
Cons: My second stay here (on a different floor), and again, the carpeting in the rooms needs to be replaced--like right now. Also, the desk chairs look like they came from a thrift store--a stylish chair will really improve the look and comfort of the room.
Pros: St. George Hotel is in the center of Pomorie, near the beach. There are a few restaurants nearby, including the restaurant belongs to the hotel (which is not good). The reception staff we met were friendly. My room has the sea view.
Cons: The room is very tired, with old furniture, the sofa in the room was so uncomfortable and looked dirty. The curtain was also old and seemed too small, so it cannot cover the whole window. This means, the light from outside (quite some light from the street and neon-lights on the building) during the night disturbed night sleep. The spa facility looked old and not very clean. The shower in their spa really needs a renovation! All staff we met, apart from the reception staff, could not communicate with English. The worst experiences were with the restaurant: the breakfast foods were poorly made, limited fruits. We had dinner there once, it was the worst calamari (tasteless, plastic-like and pale) that I have ever tasted in my life! The waitresses were rude. There was louder music from the big restaurant on the other side of the street until late night, although this is not the fault of the hotel, it is important to know if you are a light sleeper.
Pros: Great location, wonderful view, good and diverse breakfast, people there were no e and helpful. The room was quite large with a big bathroom, they cleaned it everyday, changed the sheets one in three days. Overall a very pleasant stay

Featured amenities include express check-in, express check-out, and a 24-hour front desk. Pros: The hotel is good. it has a big swimming pool and the beach is just on the door step. Apartments are really big.
Cons: The food was awful. Everyday we were served the same things. On breakfast they serve old croassants and food that is at least 3-4 days old. One of the days the eggs were spoiled and were smelling. All of us had stomach problems after that. If I have to rate the food from 0 to 10 I will give 2/10. The all inclusive snack is supposed to be until 6 but if you go at 5:30 there is already nothing. I think for that half an hour they should still serve things.. If you do not put a cleaning sign on your door, they will not clean your room. The food is the only thing that will stop me to come back in this hotel.
Pros: 3fd floor the rooms stay cool
Cons: 1 bar, 1 person serving drinks, long queues & ran out of larger, vodka, pineapple juice at 9pm. Only children’s entertainment, turn lights of in bar at 11pm security tell you to go to bed.food always cold even when restaurant first opens. Only 1 toilet for bar area, reception, pool.
Pros: Spacious room, nice hotel service, beautiful location. Lovely hotel
Cons: The food was hit and miss. Not too bad altogether. They should change towels more often.
Pros: Very frequently staff, amazing food, excellent location!!! Big thank you for the professional and warm welcome to Tanya Mincheva at the reception!
Pros: The food was great, a varied choice was presented. The mini disco in the evenings was the highlight for our children! The young man leading it was fantastic!
Cons: Didn’t enjoy queuing for food, especially in the evenings. You’re better to go after 6:40 so you don’t have to wait.
Pros: Food was great. Room and view were what we expected. Excellent choice for the value.
Pros: We were accommodated in a one bedroom and living room apartment with great sea views and a huge terrace. The food was varied and delicious. In addition to the main meals, they offered ice cream, sandwiches, mini pizzas, cakes and cocktails every day. The beach was right in front of the apartment terrace. Close to the bus stop for the old town center and to the waterfront promenade.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like was the small number of lounge chairs around the pool that were occupied before breakfast and the rather cold water in the pool. Therefore, we could not use it at all, since we were with a little child and the water there was not warm enough for him and we preferred to go to the beach.

Featured amenities include wired Internet access (surcharge), a business center, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The lobby of the hotel was nice. Pool area was OK until around 2pm when the sun was blocked by the hotel. Gym was good - lots of free weights and machines and always empty. Beach is only 150m away, however this is dirty with cigarette butts and bits of rubbish everywhere. Old-town (about 10 - 15 minutes walk) is very nice, especially at night.
Cons: Where do we start! First off this is not a 5-star hotel. Only the lobby area feels nice, the rest of the hotel is 3-star at best. Arrive at the hotel, no door staff, no welcome, then key card won't work, no light outside room. The facilities are in dire need of an upgrade. Nothing is open! Bar upstairs closed, pool bar looks like it was never opened, grill bar is closed, seating area upstairs run-down, sun is blocked by the hotel after 2pm, sauna area looks dirty, shower gets blocked every time. Food is awful (apart from breakfast which is standard). Not accomodating for anyone with different dietary requirements - no non-dairy milk for coffee at the bar, only 1 vegan option for evening meal, so we never ate in the hotel after the first night even though we went half board. The area also doesn't feel like a tourist area and feels a bit run-down, although the old town is very nice - stay there if you can! All the photos attached are of areas not opened or are run-down.
Pros: Very comfortable beds, cozy blankets and pillow. The breakfast is very varied and everything is fresh and of good quality. The hotel has incredible spa options, multiple swimming pools and services that one does not suspect until he goes and looks at the description in detail. The hotel has the potential and the infrastructure to be the best spa hotel in Bulgaria. Incredible sea views. The staff is courteous and friendly, I requested a change of room and they provided me. The cleaning womеn are polite but few in number and only clean the essentials. I used the spa services - an amazing massage from Tanya.
Cons: The hotel has not been maintained for years, judging by its neglected appearance. Everywhere there were cobwebs, spiders, mold in the pools, broken tiles, broken chairs. Throughout the hotel, carpets are stained and unclean, very torn. In the hallways and rooms, every second wallpaper is peeled, there are spots on the ceilings of leaking water. Windows overlooking the Salt Lake are never washed, completely covered with dirt, feathers, dust, cobwebs and more. I personally saw the cleaning lady wash the floor on the balcony with a dirty rag and then got him to wash the ledge of the balcony where people would leave their glasses if they were sitting on the broken lounge chairs on the balcony. Door open electronic cards don't work most of the time. Too bad for the once wonderful hotel. The price is too high for a hotel that does not fit 5 stars hotel.
Cons: Needs revamping otherwise drop to four star prices. Especially the pools and the pools areas. Beds are not comfortable with bumpy pillows. Internet access is not an easy task. The dinner is definitely not for a five star hotel.
Pros: Nothing really
Cons: A lot. All the rooms are scruffy , the carpets are old with stains, the staff lie, the WiFi is horrible, never worked. We had to go to lobby to connect. None of the staff smiles especially in the restaurant. Spa area stinks
Pros: Nice location, close to the beachfront. Nice amenities.
Cons: Nothing in particular.
Pros: Value for money, good spa services, friendly staff, really nice room. Would highly recommend to anybody as it was a great time of relaxation.
Cons: We had some issues with the jacuzzi bath when we upgraded to a suite but it wasn't the end of the world :)
Pros: Parking was not a problem, but that's expected in the second half of September. The chambermaid was polite and willing to accommodate us with extra towels.
Cons: The room carpet was not clean. The room had been flooded in the past and it was evident on the bed apron. We could see how high the water had been because the water marks on the bed. The food in the restaurant was of poor quality and variety. Staff at the reception and the restaurant were not friendly. They were doing the bare minimum , just enough to get by and not being accused of being rude. The hotel room furniture is well used and needs to be replaced. This is barely a 2 start hotel.

Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, a safe deposit box at the front desk, and an elevator. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours).
Pros: The hotel has a perfect location in the old town, 2 mins from the center
Pros: Great location (near the center). Good value for money.
Cons: The shower was broken, did not contact the personal anyway - it needed a new shower and we were only one night at the hotel.
Pros: Very friendly staff and excellent location - close to the beach and close to the center. The breakfast was very good and the hotel restaurant also has a very nice menu.
Cons: The hotel has no parking, but the municipal parking is in a 5 minute walk, so it's only a problem if you want your car to be under your supervision 24/7.
Pros: Breakfast was good.
Cons: There was no free parking for the hotel and you have to use public one, which is hard to find in the cental part of Pomorie. There was nothing stoping the mosquitos from coming into the room. There was no place to hang wet towels and clothes.
