Pros:Conveniently located on Garey Ave. Although my window faced Garey, it was fairly quiet.
Cons:Clock radio stopped working. I told the desk clerk the first day, but it didn't get fixed or replaced. Hot breakfast ran out by 9:15 Sunday although advertised until 10:00.
Pros:Very clean rooms, very nice staff, great breakfast!
Pros:The staff were friendly and very service oriented. The location in central Pomona was perfect for my needs.
Cons:For me needs, there was nothing to complain about.
Pros:Great staff, great room, we really enjoyed our stay!
Pros:The ladies at the front desk were pleasant and accommodating. We got early check-in with no hassles.
Cons:However, check out was at 11 AM...BUT, at 8 in the morning, another guest walked in on us!!!! They had, in their records, thought we were in another room so they had lent out our room to another guest!!! Talk about invasion of privacy and major embarrassment for all involved!!!

Cons:I recently stayed here while I was in Pomona on a business trip. The hotel is located right on the main strip of Garey Avenue and is close to Western University. Upon arrival, I was allowed to check in early at about 10:00 A.M. That was very nice of them as my plane landed early. The exterior of the hotel is nice and fits in well with the surroundings. The area itself does not appear very safe as I had several homeless people hassle me outside of the hotel asking for change. I tried giving one a bottle of water and he told me he wanted money, not water. The lobby of the hotel is well kept and attractive, but do not be fooled as the terror lies within. First, I was not given the room that I requested. I asked for a handicapped accessible room on the first floor and was given a second floor room instead. Not the biggest deal. At first inspection the room seemed very nice. It was a spacious room and a spotless bathroom. It has the usual commodities, such as a refrigerator, hair dryer, etc. I unpacked and started to settle in. That evening, the itching began. It started as small red bumps with a mild itching sensation. I have allergies so I was wondering if somebody had brought a cat into the room at some point. I was praying it wasn’t bed bugs. I went to bed that night and had a hard time sleeping as the itching continued. I awoke the next morning and went to the breakfast downstairs. It was nicely set up and it seemed fresh. I was still pretty itchy that morning and had to take an antihistamine. I left for my meetings. When I returned that evening, I discovered the source of my pruritus. My entire room was covered in black ants! There were in the living area and all over the bathroom. The bathroom seemed the worse. They were on my toiletries, towels, it was unbelievable. They were coming from a crack in the wall. I have allergies to several insects and black ants are on that list. I promptly went down to the front desk only to find it vacant. So rang the bell several times and still nobody. I waited at the front desk for almost 15 minutes and still nobody even showed. I continued to ring the bell loudly. I finally got fed up and walked around to a door labeled management or something along those lines. I walked right in and there was a man in there playing on his cell phone. I asked where anyone was for the front desk and he did not speak or understand English. I mean, why would someone in America understand or speak English, right? He shuffled over to the breakfast area and I followed as I was curious. There we found a rather large staff member eating the food for the breakfast bar in the morning! She walked to the front desk, still with food in her mouth, and I explained my issue. She was quick to apologize and told me that the hotel has had an insect problem in the past. She said that she would have the management contact me. She was able to move me to another room. The itching had gotten worse and I had to take a little prednisone to help. The
