Excellent location near the Hoe, centre and lovely short walk to the old town Barbican.
Reception staff very helpful. When visiting the top floor restaurant / bar a waitress said she would be over shortly and showed us to a table, where after 20mins we went up to the bar and were told "we will come to you if you like" we thanked her and sat back down and waited to be ignored for a further 10 mins when we decided to leave and go elsewhere. Poor service in my opinion when there was only a handful of guests in there.
Location , parking under hotel
Lobby updated rooms Old and in need of an update
Restuarant was really good
Parking is quite limited
