10,0 Excellent
Pros: Every little detail in the room was anticipated!!! The room had informative booklets about the local area, an umbrella, a letter opener, valet stand, temple balm and earplugs for the light sleepers.......etc, etc. The room was also quite spacious and furnished more like a home than a hotel with several comfy armchairs.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful hotel with beautiful, rustic rooms located on the main street.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast. Nice touches in the room. The staff was courteous and friendly.
Cons: Would have liked to take slippers with us, but they were not complementary? Are they reused?
6,3 Good
Pros: Great location. Step straight out into Main Street. Easy parking. Very interesting decor.
Cons: Not enough seating at breakfast. 3 tables for potentially circa 60 guests. No hot selection. Memory foam mattress hot and too soft (for me). Cable TV set up antiquated. Late check out for 3hours quoted at $99 which felt mean spirited given the price of room. Acid test is would I go back; no. And yes I travel very extensively so can benchmark this against similar “boutique” hotels.
8,3 Excellent
Cons: Shower didn’t work ! Had to leave for San Jose airport 6:15 am
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Nice boutique hotel
Cons: No streaming movies on TV. DVD player provided instead. Needed a key to unlock electric vehicle charger.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: There was great attention to attention to detail and a feeling of luxury and care to everything. The staff were also very pleasant and helpful.
Cons: Paint the boulders in front of the parking spaces in the parking lot yellow or red so they are more easily visible. I took a tumble over one.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel has a convenient parking garage. As you enter you get into a beautiful lobby with several cozy spots for evening drinks. The room was large and all we needed was in there. I'd appreciate a balcony to make the room absolutely luxurious.
Cons: There is not enough seating for everyone at breakfast time. Why not put out more tables in the lobby?
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was lovely. Bed very comfortable Climate control very good. Overall a very positive experience
Cons: Fan in the Bathroom needs to be changed and TV remote was hard to work with.
10,0 Excellent

Cons: No
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The service was amazing. Staff were very helpful. The room was excellent/ great attention to detail and comfort. We were in walking distance to great restaurants and in the heart of the quaint little town of Pleasanton. Breakfast was delicious and varietal. We will definitely stay here again!
6,3 Good
Pros: The cleanliness of the Hotel. The refreshments available in the lobby.
Cons: I could not turn on the bedside lamps....mechanism tiny and just spun. Bulb out on the lamp next to bedside chairs as well. I called the front desk to ask if there was carbon monoxide detectors in the room. The woman said she did not know and would get back to me. Never called back. I had a restless sleep from being unsettle about carbon monoxide posioning.

Pros: I liked the 24 hour coffee with French vanilla creamer ( nice touch) and the breakfast in the morning included. I liked the very comfortable beds and location was everything. Awesome location . Quiet and very comfortable.
Cons: The only thing I would change is the breakfast until 11. Only because day of check out I didn’t get downstairs until 1015 and breakfast ends at 10. It would be nice if it was 6-11. At least around the time people are checking out to enjoy a meal before leaving f

Pros: The room was very large and comfortable. Had a refrigerator & coffee maker. The bathroom had a nice shower which I prefer over a bathtub shower. Nice breakfast with eggs, sausage, fruit, rolls, etc.
Cons: There were ants in the bathroom looking for water. I washed them down the drain but in the morning they had traveled to the room & found a cookie I had in a bag. Told them at checkout. Hopefully they will spray the room
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Location of hotel is quiet, hence the stay seemed so peaceful..

Cons: Didn't understand the air system. Tv had problems. White marks on carpet
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Location was excellent as we were due to visit Livermore Municipal Airport. We were joining the Wings of Freedom Tour for a flight.
Cons: I was horrified to find that breakfast was served on polystyrene plates with plastic cutlery, with coffee in paper cups. For the number of people staying I would have thought that the Holiday Inn could have invested in a dishwasher to help the environment.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Everything was very clean and inviting. The staff was very helpful and accommodating when we needed an early checkin time. I would absolutely stay here again, should the need arise.
Cons: Nothing. Everything was great.
6,7 Good
Pros: The breakfast offered a lot of options, and was nice. The room was comfortable and nicely appointed.
Cons: The wifi was really difficult to connect to; it shouldn't be that hard. Another guest was having trouble and came down to ask the desk staff person, as well. I had trouble with all of my devices. The TV really was basic and pretty bad....would it cost that much to upgrade? Let us watch our own streaming on the TV; for instance, I would have loved to been able to sign onto my own Netflix, Prime, or xfinity streaming accounts. Not available. The Monday night wine event was canceled with no forewarning. I was going to go and enjoy; I hurried back, but was told, " Sorry, our bartender did not show up, sorry."

Kids’ favourite hotel - would absolutely recommend.

Pros: The service has been outstanding - super friendly staff, very attentive and generous with my family. The food was delicious, though pricier because of the convenience of being a hotel restaurant. There is a courtesy shuttle within a four mile radius of the hotel. We didn’t use it but if we had stayed longer we definitely would have. Our room was spacious and comfortable; all the furnishings were in newer, good condition.
Cons: My kids wished the pool opened earlier than 10am. It’s still summer (end of August) so they were ready to take a dip right after breakfast.

Pros: Clean comfortable location with nice rollaway bed.
Cons: The shower was not great.
7,5 Good
Pros: This hotel was fine in regard to location, cleanliness, staff helpfulness etc. It did not disappoint.
Cons: On the other hand, the breakfast was noticeably below par, in the context of the standard of the hotel generally. If you are going to provide food, it should be good, not bad or fair. "Fair" is as good as bad. Not much better than a Quality Inn, but far more expensive.
5,0 Okay
Pros: I enjoyed the free serve breakfast which included hot waffles, scrambled eggs, etc.
Cons: I felt that the hotel was somewhat close to the highway and far from any attractions.
8,3 Excellent
Cons: Had room on first floor, right next to a little kitchen, noise through the wall all night.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Spacious room, clean, breakfast
Cons: A girl working in staff was rude, seems like she didn't even say hello to us (she didn't have her name card, I think it was on purpose, but I remember that her arm was tatooed, so I guess hotel staff will work it out which girl it was).

8,8 Excellent
Pros: The egg white frittata from the cafe is delicious. They also had fruit water and snacks one afternoon, which was awesome.

7,5 Good

Cons: Beds too soft
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was fantastic. The bed was the most comfortable of any that I have ever slept in. The curtains kept out 100% of the sunlight in order for my wife and I to sleep in a little longer.
Cons: The only tiny thing that bothered me was the smell of the shampoo that your hotel offers. But, if that is the only negative thing that I can come up with, the experience of staying at your hotel exceeded all expectations. Great job!
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: The staff was very accommodating and the location was great.
Cons: The pool was absolutely filthy, we tried to go for a morning swim but when we got there the pool was not just dirty with dirt, bugs and leaves which are a normal nuisance but the water was so cloudy it should have been shut down and health dept. called.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Had to pay for lobby coffee
1,0 Poor
Pros: Initially, I thought I'd like the price but I was greatly mistaking because after I left the lodge, the next day I had an additional charge of 66.00. I didn't do anything to warrant this additional cost.

6,3 Good
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: Poor lighting in rooms, seemed moderately clean.
7,1 Good
Pros: The location is excellent!
Cons: Although, the exterior of the building and lobby area are very nice, the rooms do not reflect the same quality and are in serious need of an update. The walls are paper thin and the neighboring room noise was very loud! Parking is tough with an In n Out and a Chic fil-A in the same location.
6,3 Good
Pros: location was good and front desk was polite and courteous
Cons: almost all of the stations on the television would not show a clear picture long before it would get blurry and then refocus, this happened on all stations. Cleaning service did not empty the full kitchen trash, I took it and emptied it myself. Bathtub wasn't that clean and you could see black around inside of toilet when you got into the bath tub. Also the bathroom sink faucet knob leaks as when you turn it on water leaks on top.
7,0 Good
Cons: Bed was very uncomfortable and the A/C controls didn't work properly so it was either freezing in the room or hot due to the 98 degree temps outside.

Pros: Breakfast was surprisingly good. Staff was very nice and accommodating. I appreciate that it is pet friendly as well, as those are hard to find.
Cons: Outside, and surrounding the hotel (which is beyond the hotels control I know), had all kinds of illegal activities going on. I got enjoy coffee with a couple guys puking all over the parking lot at 7am while screaming and hollering.

Cons: Property slightly dated.

8,3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast is really basic, its OK but not anything like a Marriott standard. This hotel is in a great location and the staff are lovely but this property could do with a make over and a serious update in the bar, restaurant and menu.
7,5 Good
Pros: Comfortable bed, free water nice as restaurant alittle ways from room building.
Cons: Bathroom door bangs door into entrance. Also light makes alot of noise. Why doesnt this hotel have NBC? No golf either. When is this hotel changing it’s name? I would have booked through Marriott if I’d known.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room size! Delicious coffee and balcony!

Cons: This place is a huge security liability and would never stay here again! They gave our room key to another guest and were unapologetic
9,6 Excellent
Pros: They were extremely helpful getting us to and from our room on the second floor. We arrived very late at night, and the hotel was full. We had a wheelchair and there were no more rooms on the first floor. Even tho we had to travel a long way to take the service elevator, they made sure we got to our room safely, and lifted the heavy wheelchair over three steps along the route. Above and beyond!
6,7 Good
Pros: For a Sheraton, I thought this was pretty bare bones. Good enough, clean enough, but definitely not plush.
Cons: The breakfast at Faz was a little more than the free breakfast bar at HolidayInn Express, but cost $20.
7,5 Good
Cons: Poor service at the hotel restaurant. Food was late. Even the drinks took forever to get.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Ba
Cons: Bathtub was a Little shabby in room 160.. Besides That The Room was Nice And the Bed Very Comfortable
4,6 Okay
Pros: I wouldn't know. I didn't get any. Also, one last thing I forgot, $9.00 for a well drink is ridiculous.
Cons: I did not like the fact that I am a Marriot member and I had to pay for parking. I also did not appreciate that when I booked the room, it stated breakfast was included but after I paid, it was a charge of $19.95. I can stay at a Best Western for the same $ amount with free parking and a full free breakfast. Very disappointing. Also, the ice machine did not produce any ice that was near my room. The noise level was ridiculous.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location.... coffee was top.... Excellent service.. thanks.co
Cons: Coffee and pastries..

Pros: Breakfast was great! Staff very friendly and took the time to explain how the charges for the rooms work out so there would be no surprise. We appreciated the extra help and the cleanliness. The rooms were perfect!

Pros: The breakfast was a full breakfast: bacon, eggs, breads, etc., plus cereals, yogurt--everything you need. Also, our room had a bathtub/shower combination, which was appreciated.
Cons: The bathtub/shower is very slippery, even with the mat provided. Also, it is very noisy. the freeway and a busy street are right there at this location. The hotel provides earplugs but if you can't stand to wear ear plugs then the noise could be a problem for you.

7,1 Good
Pros: The remodel looks nice and I always love the pool and jacuzzi. I stay here every year when I drive halfway from LA to Humboldt. This year was disappointing and when I complained to the desk staff the manager never followed up with me.
Cons: The housekeeper did not check the clock and the alarm woke me up at 6am and I had to drive 6 hours so needed my sleep. The housekeeper only put in conditioner with no shampoo so I couldn't wash my hair. There was no toilet paper roll holder. I stay here every year so I was disappointed in these small details not being addressed, not to mention that it was super noisy. I was on the 2nd floor and could hear everyone walking on the third floor all night long. I never remember noise like that. I'm not sure if the remodel removed insulation or what. I complained to the front desk at 6am when I was jolted awake but no one has followed up with me.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good quality
Cons: Second floor hallway reeked of pot smoke. Also noisy smokers talking loudly in the parking lot late at night
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Construction
6,3 Good
Pros: It was nice and updated.
Cons: Whoever “cleaned” the room previously, didn’t seem to thoroughly clean. There was hair left dried to the walls in the shower still, and a previous occupant had left a pair of underwear in the corner of the room. That was overlooked.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The staff was great. When we went up for breakfast on Friday AM the eggs had been sitting for awhile, but we came up later in the AM. The butter for the toast was so cold it would not spread on the bread. Other then that the breakfast was very nice to have there & available.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Great location, right off the freeway - but we were far enough away to not hear the road noises. Nice assortment of breakfast options.
Cons: Walls were a bit thin, so could hear people talking in their rooms when walking down the hallways. But didn’t hear talking when we were in our room. Would of liked a balcony to be able to sit outside in the evening with a glass of wine.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely staff, comfortable room and great breakfast!
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Thanks
4,6 Okay
Pros: Excellent breakfast selections, friendly receptionist
Cons: Large bathroom size, non-functional empty space, lighting is too dim. Not much space in the room, hard to move around. Feels like living in a small box. The windows without a view, cannot open the curtains, a walkway on the outside, it applies to the entire building.

Cons: The spa should be open 24/7 I understand people don’t act appropriate. put signs up that they’re on camera so things could be linked to the Internet. I would have loved to go in at 6am to relax. But instead had to wait till 10am.

5,0 Okay
Pros: Room size
Cons: The hotel's major areas like lobby, pool, were closed for renovations. I wanted to enjoy pool in 90 degree weather and this was big surprise. Killed my excitement. The Hotel is next to freeway with lot of sound pollution. Could not sleep at night.
7,5 Good
Pros: We loved the remodeled room. Our disappointment was that the booking information did not mention that the hotel was being remodeled and half or more was closed. There was no bar or restaurant, no room service for food or drink. The breakfast room was unattended for the most part and no one there to refill the hot water for tea. Another guest knew where to go for hot water and refilled it twice.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The elevators and the ac worked properly
Cons: The restaurant was not just closed, the entire facility was under major construction. Jackhammers at 8 am. Walls between rooms paper thin, the loud 1 am couple in the room next to us sounded like they were in our room. Night clerk was not trained to deal with our 3 requests to help with the late night noise.
7,5 Good
Pros: Front desk staff were great
Cons: Remodel efforts impacted quality of stay
6,0 Good

Pros: I unfortunately did not have time to stop in for breakfast. However, I did overhear a couple in the lobby talking about how great it was.
Cons: The lighting in the bathroom was terrible. I could not even put on makeup in there. I had to use a hand held mirror next to the windows to get enough light into the room. The coffee pot did not work. The shampoo, bar soap and lotion were really nice. The shower gel smelled like Elmer's Glue. Lack of drawer space. Water pressure in the shower was not so good.
5,0 Okay
Pros: No hot water under construction

Pros: Kevin at the front desk and the manager and staff were great. the room was very nice and very comfortable. I just don't understand why you would put the relaxing chair in there corner where you can't see the television.

Cons: There weren’t any real complaints, my friend couldn’t find a towel but that was definitely more him than the property.
