Pros (+) The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean and did not smell like smoke.
Cons (-) The latch at the top of the sort was broken, so we only had the deadbolt.

Cons (-) EXPLODING JOHNS! These horrendous, outdated, water-saving johns SHOCK your partner to death when flushed at night; they are 100 db when flushed. Also, the water smelled and tasted awful from the taps here - not sure why. PLEASE replace those johns with modern, quiet, water-saving johns - you GOTTA do this!

Pros (+) At all times of the day, it seemed like most places are at night. No crowded elevator, no noisy neighbors, everything was always clean and accessible, the staff is VERY friendly and prompt to attend to any questions or services. Simply one of the best experiences I've had, the entire weekend.
