Pros:The location was in a prime area. Very accessible to all the ships, restaurants, and bars
Cons:Transparency of actual hotel. The pics online were not the same as at the hotel. No pool, no elevators, leaking AC unit and no access to the gym. Room didn’t have a safebox and the water was smelly

Pros:We had a great stay- great location right on 5th ave but set back in the jungle so it's quiet- a hidden gem. Great price it is clean and the beds and pillows! So comfy I would stay there again

Cons:WE BOOKED A NGHT AT HOTEL TUKAN AND BEACH CLUB, AND WE WERE SENT TO A DIFFERENT BUILDING ACROSS THE STREET INSTEAD OF THE HOTEL THE ADDRES IS SHOWN THE ROOMS WERE NOT THE ONE SHOWN IN YOUR WEBSITE, THERE WAS BED BUGS, MOSQUITOS, AND UNSAFE. ME AND MY FAMILY HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THE HOTEL STATES IT IS YOU AS A TRAVEL AGENT THE ONE WHO NEEDS TO SHOW THOSE PICTURES OR ROOMS. WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED, AND REALLY WANT OUR MONEY BACK, WE WERE MISLED AND NOT GET WHAT WE WERE OFFERED. WE DONT WANT TO POST BAD REVIEWS TO GETAROOM AND KAYAK PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS EMAIL AND TELL US WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO FOR US THANK YOU!

9,4 Wonderful
Pros:I love the location as it's right off 5th Ave. but not next to any loud bars which can be an issue with the hotels on 5th. The hotel is beatiful and the rooms were great. A/C works perfectly!
Cons:The beds are a bit hard and we went to Walmart to buy softer pillows, but in all fairness this seems to be the case in most hotels in Mexico.
