Check in was total chaos. One new guy behind the front desk, the key card machine was down, and he was so frazzled. He kept trying to run our debit card for incidentals while muttering that he was going to waive incidentals for our inconvenience. He had no idea who to call or what to do. In no way does it make sense to have one person on the front desk - inexperienced at that - on a Steelers game ...

I for some reason was not prepared for the small room size. King bed room with not enough room to open a suitcase. Nice place but our room was not big enough for multiple days. Better for one person….

The room was a half sized room compared to anywhere I’ve ever stayed. Nowhere at all to store your clothes expect for a couple hangers. The bed mattress was terrible lumpy and uneven. No soap in the bathroom. Told the front desk. Did not get soap till the next day. Had dinner one night. The antipasta was excellent! The salmon and veggies were soaked in butter. Extremely greasy to eat. One evening ...

Pros (+) New and modern, art and design friendly. personable front desk staff.
Cons (-) small rooms with loud HVAC, average in-room amenities (towels, coffee, working technology ... meh)

Pros (+) Brand new, very clean, very friendly staff
Cons (-) Lack of practicality: no desk in room, poor lighting in bedroom, window shades do not block light at night

Pros (+) We loved the lobby...the living wall was a very unique addition. The rooms were clean, modern, and minimal. Comfortable beds.
Cons (-) I paid for a King size room, but got a Full. The room was lovely, but things seemed a little on the cheap end...the faucet wasn't screwed all the way in, the bathroom was tiny, with minimal space. Possibly due to just opening.
