The staff was amazing. I have never come across a friendlier group of people! The kickback in the evening was wonderful and the rooms were very clean and well taken care of.
Pros (+) Comfortable bed.
Cons (-) More/better self parking options.
Pros (+) Definitely Food.. friendly staff .. location.. facilities. Loved it. Oh, the rooftop was wonderful
Cons (-) I was there on a busy weekend. Prices were high.
Pros (+) Cleanliness and nicely appointed rooms. Free drinks, free food.
Cons (-) Nothing.
Pros (+) We stayed for 3 nights and had a great experience. The breakfast was great and the dinner time kick back from 5:30-7 was awesome! 3 drinks and a free dinner, you can't beat it!!! I will be staying here every time i visit Pittsburgh
Pros (+) King size suite was a very large room, very modern and extra clean. Bed was comfortable, the food was also good.
Cons (-) I would say the only down fall is the parking, however, $29 for ballet parking is very reasonable considering where we were. The valet was on point and had my car ready, which was great because I had younger children with me.
