Staff was nice, but the place was old and falling apart. Cockroach in our room didn't improve the vibe.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guest reviews for this hotel are mixed. Many guests appreciated the breakfast, describing it as delicious and a good value, and several found the location convenient for their needs. Comfortable beds were also frequently mentioned as a positive. However, there were repeated complaints about cleanliness, with some guests reporting dirty or poorly maintained rooms and common areas. Service was a significant point of contention, with some guests praising helpful staff while others experienced unprofessional or unfriendly behavior. Overall, while the hotel has some strong points, there are notable areas for improvement, particularly in cleanliness and service consistency.AI-generated from customer reviews

Checked in at 1030 at night with my 2 young children before my wedding and was told strictly 21 and older hotel and no kids. Wasn’t told that explicitly anywhere on the website when I booked hotel. Pros (+) Everything was very nice, but I especially liked the pool area.
Cons (-) The stairs to the roof terrasse was next to my room and someone was unlocking that gate at 7:30 every morning, with less then a quiet manipulation. Other then that, no complaints what so ever. i loved the place.
Pros (+) We spent most of our time at the pool it was a great relaxing atmosphere the only drawback was that the pool closed early
Cons (-) We didn't like that the pool closed so early
Pros (+) Great, helpful staff; Arty and comfortable; Delicious bistro / bar; Wonderful rooftop bar / open lounge with live music. Convenient location and easy covered parking.
Cons (-) In Phoenix!
Cons (-) There was a dj poolside all day, then a jazz band played on the roof directly above me until 10:00 pm. 7:00 am kids yelling bloody murder in the pool, if you don't like sleep this is your spot
Pros (+) Excellent staff , great swimming pool for all ages , low cost meals , happy hour every afternoon , bands playing most nights
Cons (-) Luke warm water for showering and shaving took ages to obtain , towels old
Pros (+) Restaurant was good. Junior suite was spacious.
Cons (-) No hot water so cold showers all weekend. Towels were old and not very soft. Combo shower/bath was old/cheap. Blinds wouldn't close completely in living room area so privacy was an issue - especially since you could see through to the bedroom. Overall impression is that they took an old, run down 2 star hotel and tried to updated it with hipster accents. I've seen it done well elsewhere but here t...
