Great swimming pool/jacuzzi. Our family really enjoys good pool facilities when travel so it's always really important for us to find good heated pools/jacuzzi. They also have extra garden area around the pool which made it really nice (unlike some hotels place the pool area next to the parking lot. Although it is a Hilton so I wouldn't expect any less.

I don't like to complain because overall we had a nice stay. I know staffs are trying their best. But since they are a Hilton, they can use two cents for improvement to be better and be more competitive in the industry. Two things. Their room design is a little awkward. The bathroom is not a "separate room". Basically there is a sink area before the toilet and shower(room), which there is a pocket door to close. But even everything maintained well, the materials and structure of the pocket door is old, hard to slide and with no handle (so we have to hold two hands on the actual door panel to make it slide) which makes the door really hard to close(it did not close fully because our hand will be stocked before it closed because there's no other things to hold on to) and that is a problem. Also because the sink area has an open ceiling to the whole room, when anyone takes a #2, the whole room smells and there is no way around it. Again, everything is clean but this design does not work. Second, their breakfast. We love hotel buffet breakfast. There is such an excitement just to see all variety food layout all over the place. They had a wide variety of choices too but their hot food items the 3 days we stayed were off. The scramble eggs were really hard, I mean really really hard like I was chewing meat. I understand eggs self-cooked more when staying in the hot container, but there are ways to do it so it still stays soft and I've had those in other Hiltons. The other item was Belgium waffle. I actually was super excited when I saw that because it's not a normal item. The overall flavor is great but it's way too hard to chew. My 15 year old with braces who still eats nuts and apples and love crunchy items cannot bite off the waffle.

There was no supervision at the pool. The kids took it over, and we’re out of control

The check in process soured my attitude towards the hotel. As a Hilton Honors member I didn't think they would try and charge me $20 for checking in 90 minutes early, but it is what it is. Also, the coffee (decaf) in the AM was full of grounds.

    See above.

Friendly staff. Recently updated. Quiet. Great location

Not very clean. Bodily fluids in elevator. Desk sticky. Corners in shower dirty. For what we paid the weird configuration of the closet and partial swinging door to the bathroom were unexpected and low end

Nothing, because WE DID NOT STAY there.

We have been staying at Hilton hotels for years. We are Hilton Honors members but sometimes book through Less than 12 hours after booking our reservation, we had a family emergency. We contacted the hotel by phone immediately, but were put on hold for over 10 minutes- so then we emailed both directly and via the booking app, requesting to please waive the steep cancel fee and cancel the reservation immediately. Not only did they not cancel it, they never got back to us and marked us as “checked in.” The customer service team at ended up telling us the hotel denied our request to waive the cancel fee. So we had to call them again, and were told we would be charged exactly $159 to cancel. The next day, we get at receipt for the full amount of the stay charged, so had to call again. Then we were told it was actually the $159 plus taxes and fees. We are beyond frustrated that we had to deal with this in the midst of dealing with a family emergency, and that after years of staying at Hilton hotels our request would be so easily dismissed, plus handled so poorly.
