We were a bit disappointed that there was no breakfast or food on offer because the chef was sick. They could have offered an alternative.
Same as no 3.
The location was beautiful, staff were friendly communal spaces interesting and inviting
TV in our room didn’t work. DVD player in room however no DVDs provided in room or communal rooms. Rooms a little tired and run down. Husband had to bend to avoid hitting his head on the beams in room.
The location and view over the beach was really beautiful. As was watching the wallabies as the sun went down. Customer service was really great and they had lots of recommendations of what to do and where to eat.
Everything is really tired and the bed was really uncomfortable. We pay the same for a 4 - 5 star in the city that includes breakfast and is in pristine condition so this for me was disappointing but we still enjoyed our stay nonetheless.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Provided us with excellent recommendations for where to eat and what to do. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Lovely sea view. Large room and very comfortable bed. Upgraded by Sam due to a landmark birthday. Thank you! Nice touches such as quality tea and coffee. Sadly the negatives outweighed the positives for the cost!!! (We had 3 nights in Melbourne in a fabulous apartment on Southbank for less money!)
We paid approx $500 for 2 nights. I was expecting boutique and beautifully presented. As you drive in the bridge railing is falling apart. The walk to the room was across a goose poo covered lawn that had no lights at night. Everywhere there was flaking paint and rotting wood, Our table looked out on rubbish bins, piles of unused clutter of wood, old deckchairs etc. Dirty railing. There were no forks in the room. The bathroom light was appalling and it was hard to adjust the water. There were only 2 couples there from what we could see. They ended up next door. We heard everything including the man going out for a smoke at 2am and 4am. We didn’t use the balcony because his smoke blew our way. Super disappointing.
