Guests appreciated the spacious rooms, the variety of pools, and the breakfast selection. However, there were mixed experiences with cleanliness, service, and the quality of breakfast. Some guests found the hotel noisy or lacking in upkeep, while others enjoyed the friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere. The location and shuttle service were also mentioned as positives, though some found the layout dispersive and the check-in process inconvenient. Overall, the hotel offers good amenities but could improve in several areas.
