Pros: The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. It is situated in the heart of Perissa, very close to the beach and the bus stations. The pool and the open spaces are just wonderful. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The cleaning service is everyday and they provide new towels each day. The bed and the pillows are very comfy. The perfect spot to relax! The staff is amazing. Highly recommend this place for a summer getaway!
Cons: If you dont know the islande, mind that the hotel is in Perissa, and you will not get the famous Santorini view. On the other hand there are regular busses to Thira and Oia and the trip is around 30 min.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very helpful, provided us with great tips for dinner, helped with renting an ATV and let us use the pool and other facilities after our check out. The hotel location is perfect either for going to the beach or staying by the pool (they have 2 of them) :).

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hostess was really really friendly! She was zo lovely and sweet. She gave us a lot of information about the neighbourhood and insidertips. On the first day I burnt my leg with the scooter and she was so helpful. She gave me a bandage and she asked the other days how my leg was. The hotel is amazing: very instagram and pinterestworthy! Large room, very clean, enough towels, nice products, good shower... We had even our own private jacuzzi!
Cons: That we had to leave :( + check out is at 11.30 - 12 AM would be nicer - Although It was a pretty good breakfast, I would be even more lovable to have some fresh juice

Pros: Staff were friendly and very helpful throughout. Great location, 5 minutes from the beach, 2 minutes to a shop and a 24hour bakery, 2 minutes to the bus stop to Fira. Nice and quiet as it is off the main road.
Cons: WiFi did not reach our room.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean comfortable rooms with quality mattresses, good facilities and excellent air conditioning. The pool was perfect for my children aged 19,14 and 3 and there was never a time when it was too busy for my partner and I to enjoy the sun beds. The staff are attentive without being invasive and are happy to help with anything you need. We could not have asked for a better place to stay!
Cons: There is nothing negative to say about our stay at Aretousa...
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely and friendly owners; nice and clean; in a convenient location.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were spacious and kept spotlessly clean. Everything worked as it should and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was very nice. The location was perfect, 200m to the beach (with a large selection of restaurants), 50m to the nearest shop and 100m from a 24h bakery.
Cons: Nothing really.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect! Especially very friendly owners :-) Our room was very nice and clean. It was cleaned every day. I highly recommend this accommodation! Barbora and Radek, Czech republic
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Location was spot on - bus stop couple of minutes walk away and beach was about 5 minutes walk too. The room had a nice balcony and was cleaned daily. The staff were really helpful and friendly - and offered advice on what to see/where to go on the island.
Cons: The shower is very small, and you tend to flood the whole bathroom as its just a flimsy curtain covering a the shower space (which touches you when you shower - I personally don't like this). This curtain also had some mould on the bottom of it. I also think the fee for transportation to and from the airport is a little step - at 25 euros each way. However overall we loved the stay.
7,5 Good
Pros: Hi thanks so much to the lovely family and staff. We really enjoyed the relaxed feel, pool, advice and help with transfers.
Cons: Nothing I didn’t like at all. Recommendations of restaurants with family entertainment and advice would be fabulous. We did the two buses to Oia which was interesting to see. Took quite a bit of time to get there with two young children and hot, would be amazing if there were alternative ways of getting there straight. And again, advice of which places were family friendly in oia would have been amazing. Someone there recommended the restaurant Roka is which has a small play area and were happy to do plain pasta for the kids on request. Having a more usable bbq could be amazing although not sure that’s done much in santorini.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Great staff. Location is good within walking distance to the beach. Pool was very refreshing
Cons: Nothing

Pros: This is a very good villa near to the beach at the front of Perissa village (and the beach). The owners are very nice, ready to help you with everything. The place is clean and very well arranged - Cycladic architecture, perfectly maintained, with everything normally needed. There is even a pool although the sea is a couple of minutes away. Hearty thanks! Very strongly recommended!

Pros: The staff was super friendly and very helpful during our stay. They recommend things to do, restaurants and had a lot of insights about Santorini. The property was super clean and all the breakfast that we had were amazing!
Cons: No comments
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The villa is great!! Very clean and very close to the beach, which is not overcrowded as compared to the other spots on the island. Rooms are spacey and modern, with big pool and plenty of space for every guest. The breakfasts and coffee are very tasty. I definitely recommend staying here any time. Mary is really fantastic host!!! She is so friendly, welcoming and helping with everything! She invited us to a dinner in the cute local restaurant on occasion of our wedding anniversary!!! She made our stay really perfect!!! Thank you Mary, you are incredible!!!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect. We were walking distance to the beach and multiple restaurants (less than 300 metres away). We were also located in a street where one of the main bus stops were which was very handy when going up to Oia and Fira. The room was large, with a big balcony area with chairs and a table. Mary at reception was fantastic! She was very helpful when we asked for advice and very friendly. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and the bed made which was nice to come back to after a day's outing. Our inclusive breakfast was much better than expected and great value. I would highly recommend Villa Markezinis.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent staff and location. It’s a quiet area and we had the option to stay local or travel for bars and restaurants. The beaches near by were excellent
Cons: Nothing bad to say about this property
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was so clean, comfortable and really nice.
Cons: I loved everything thing, especially Mary was amazing so friendly caring and made my stay very enjoyable and unforgettable. Thank you Mary.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Mary was exceptionally friendly and was available for help for days before our stay and even after we left. You have a €7 allowance for breakfast, but this is more than sufficient and the food tastes amazing. We were a 200m walk away from the beach, so we ate/drank along the beach front for lunch/dinner and enjoyed the short walk to and from the hotel. We would definitely stay again!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Mary and Mrs. Maria where amazing hosts during our stay! Highly recommend the breakfast too! Great location and rooms with an incredible pool and very close to the sea!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Mary is the sweetest and most hospitable host we have ever met. She helped is with everything right from the start, offering us coffee & cake after arriving exhausted from our flight at 5am from Rome. She went over the map of Santorini with us in detail, explaining cool things to see, helped us rent a car, let us use the pool and lounge around until our room was ready. She even helped us get a table at Santo Winery after we had trouble booking online. The location is quiet, but not too far from the beach. I would recommend staying here any time. We looked around thera and Oia and were happy with our decision staying in this area. It is not overly busy like the main towns which was perfect for us. Thank you Mary you are a legend!
Cons: Really expensive shuttle from airport and ferry docks. 30 euro both ways, which worked out to about $100 Australian :(
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great value for money, with easy access (5 min walk) to the beach and very friendly staff who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. I would go back in a heartbeat.
Cons: Next door Taverna is a bit creepy, with small yappy dogs that did occasionally get on the nerves. Not the villa's fault of course and wouldn't affect my decision to return.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Nearby the sea, availability of the staff (mary did a great job), breakfast and lunch offer, 20 min from the airport and from the red beach, clean, location plenty of restaurants/pubs by the sea, recommended for families

Pros: We love this little hotel. Very quiet and clean. We will definitely stay here again if we ever visit Santorini again.the price for everything is way below what we expected. Cheaper than visit a town in the USA. a very good bakery is just around the corner. Bus stop isn't too far away. We ate at Gyro Place, which is across from the blue dome church, several times in 4 days. Super yummy good for very affordable price. Black beach is just minutes walk away. Free airport transfer is very considerate. They picked us up on time. No fuss at all. 110 % satisfied. Thanks for everything.
Cons: We live everything about it.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The price with balcony is amazing, very comfortable and lovely. We have a simple kitchen in the room, which allows us to make some food conveniently.
Cons: The location might not be perfect, we took some time waiting for the bus, but meanwhile the location can be a benefit too for anyone who wants a real rest, compared with the hotels in noisy Fira.
7,9 Good
Pros: Free pickup and drop off at any time, beach towels on demand, close to the city center and the beach and supermarkets, kitchen(not written in room description),wonderful bathroom, clean, cleaning everyday, possibility of excursions and car rental from the hotel.
Cons: Sheets too short for 2 people sleeping in the same bed, Air con too loud, welcome from the driver but not from the owners of the hotel, windows must have been opened before our arrival because lots of mosquitoes the 1st night ,but after they respect our directives to let the windows closed.

Pros: The staff was amazing! They were so nice to our kids and made us feel so welcome. The room was a good size and bed was so comfortable. It was right on the beach and so relaxing.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent and the staff very helpful and willing to do whatever they could to please you. The food was delicious. The Hotel and our room were very clean.
Cons: The bed was way to hard. And the kitchenette could have had some napkins ot the things you need to make coffee in the room.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Super close to the beach and perfect for relaxation. Plenty of good resturants near by. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.
Cons: N/A
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was a small and friendly hotel . The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was extremely comfortable, clean, well decorated with very efficient air conditioning and an extremely clean bathroom . There was a kettle and cups and a fridge in the room. Loved the location- right next to the beach and lots of restaurants. The service in the restaurant/bar was very good and this extended to the beach where you had free use of sun beds as well.
Cons: The breakfast was not brilliant! Poor choice of food and fruit. I expect more in a Mediterranean country than cut up apples and tinned peaches and tinned pineapple ! The scrambled egg was put out at the beginning of the breakfast session at 8am but never seemed to be topped up with fresh eggs, consequently, if you came down to breakfast at 9.30, it was rather rubbery.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel, facilities, food and staff were amazing. It exceeded our expectations. Everyone was so friendly and the food in the restaurant I cannot praised highly enough, it was so good we ate there twice of our four meals on the island. The room and view of the sea were amazing. If i ever go back to Santorini I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our trip amazing.
Cons: I would recommend is pumping some warm water into the pool as it is at the back of the hotel if there is no direct sunlight. It was too cold for my kids to swim.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Nice place to stay, next to beach (I mean one step out from hotel takes you to beach). Breakfast was awesome. Close to public transport (but give a call or email to hotel in case you prefer public transport) because sometimes google map sucks.
Cons: They must provide some freebies in room like coffee, sugar, etc. We were surprised to see that no refreshment were there inside the room even though the rates of hotel are very high. They should provide free beach beds to customer rather than selling for lunch buyer (because 90% of the beds are vacant).
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful staff! Great location to the beach.

Cons: Small shower. Like most places in Santorini.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: The pool was good and the employees very kind.
Cons: I chose this hotel because there is the aeroportuale shuttle but they asked me 30 euros per travel. So if you offer me a service, I can’t spend 60 euros. Because the next time I’ll chose a Taxi. More comfortable then the transport called by the hotel. Also the room was old. Maeby it was very clear but the floor and most important the bathroom have a very bad look. Also in the bathroom the floor was every time full of water because the tubes I think aren’t able to work well. The structure is old I think.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Really nice, big pool with almost no one using it. Great breakfast for 7 euros served to you with a large variety of items (bread, ham&cheese grilled sandwich, yogurt, cake, even eggs). Room was very clean and had everything one needed. Very kind staff and nice, quiet location, just behind the beach but with no other hotels right next door, so very calm. Would definitely return but not in August as Santorini is a nightmare with all the tourists.
Cons: That I could only stay 1 night!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Clean and comfortable room. Bathroom was small but clean and in good condition. Nice pool and large sun terrace. Nice touch to get towels for the pool. Breakfast was good - continental style but with ham and cheese toastie on the side. Good selection of bars and restaurants about 5 to 10 minutes walk away and on the seafront.
Cons: Bathroom was small but clean and in good condition.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff. Room is cleaned every day. Location is close to the beach. Pool at the hotel is clean.

Pros: Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Clean swimming pool. Delicious breakfast.

Pros: Good location very close to the beach. Staff were all brilliant and couldn’t have been more helpful. Large pool area and nice clean rooms.
Cons: Hotel seems to be used mainly by a French package holiday company, so all other guests seemed to be on the same package holiday. Not a big problem but it would have been good to know before we booked as it did feel like we were intruding on someone else’s holiday.

Pros: Extremely clean basic but comfortable , sheets and towels clean most days, room cleaned daily. Couple of minutes walk from beach and restaurants best shower We’ve ever had in Greece. Over a bath so floor didn’t get soaking wet, always lovely and hot and more power than our shower at home
Cons: There was a great balcony but there was no privacy from the adjoining balcony. Often we could not sit out there as the people next door would come out and smoke. We even had to shut the balcony doors on occasions. The room was no smoking, for no smoking rooms it would have been nice for this to have extended to the balcony
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very close to Perissa beach
Cons: The door of the fridge didn’t stay closed
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The pool was an excellent addition. Villa Voula was close to Perissa Beach (lots of restaurants). Staff was friendly (aka Voula and her family). Rooms were clean and had plentiful amenities.
Cons: Not Applicable
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great family run hotel, very welcoming and accommodating, even helped us sort out taxis for a large family group.
Cons: Should have asked for a lower floor room as had to take baby out of his pram when going up and down the stairs to the room
10,0 Excellent
Pros: pool was lovely
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Villa Voula is off the beaten track and is fantastic for people wanting to relax. Pool is quiet and gets the breeze from the Aegean. I would highly recommend this place. The staff are very friendly.
Cons: There was no bar for snacks / drinks at the pool. However, there is a shop around the corner.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: A really warm welcome and vert kind lady. Highly recomended.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: It was a 5 minute walk from the beach with lots of bars and restaurants. We were also near a bus stop, which was a 15 min drive ride to Fira. The rooms were cleaned daily and there was always someone on hand to assist you. It was great to have a kitchenette in the room and it's a great villa for families.
Cons: We weren't allowed to consume drinks purchased outside the property by the pool, but there was no bar on site to purchase drinks from which was a little frustrating. Most mornings the owners Grandchildren came to the property to use the pool, which wasn't always ideal if your room was on the ground floor and you wanted to have a lie in.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: There is swimming pool and very close to the beach.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Love that it was on the quiet side of the island and a short walk to the beach.

Pros: Our stay was amazing from the first to the last moment. Great location, access to the pool and sunbeds with umbrella on the hotel beach free of charge. There are many parking places (for rented cars and quads) and many restaurants and bars around. The personell was very friendly and helpful. The receptionist Alex gave us many tips and a lot of advice. Thank you Alex for your care. Hope, it was not our last stay in Santorini ;) Adam&Olga

Pros: The staff are all very friendly and extremely helpful. The place is right in front of the beach and the hotel gives you free access to the beach. Rooms are spacious, clean and cosy. The bus stop is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The pool is a bit small but very nice and clean.

Pros: The location is perfect, very close to the beach. Service was very helpfull and professional. Bed was comfortable.

Pros: The staff were excellent
Cons: The bed was quite hard
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location, amenities beach front, nice pool and bar, the area was very peaceful as compared to other over crowded islands and neighborhoods. Service was amazing!!! On Saturdays there’s nightlife seems others come into town that evening so if you want a night socializing it’s there within walking distance. Lots of chic bars and restaurants to chose from all walking distance. Famous black beach is your beach front.
Cons: Nothing. Was absolutely perfect. Best part of my trip to Santorini was this hotel.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The pool and bar area are gorgeous. Sun beds a little tired but still comfy. Our room overlooking the pool was absolutely perfect though the shower was slightly on the small side, with a curtain but still adequate. The lady on reception who’s name escapes me was excellent with info and booking trips, taxis etc. The cleaning staff were also very courteous.
Cons: We were in the main building above reception but heard quite a few people were unhappy about being in the separate building to the side so may be worth checking
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean and confortable. The staff was so nice and helpful. The beach is just across the street. There are many restaurants and shop all around. Perfect beach break!
Cons: Have to rent a bike to visit the island but was so good to be on our own and stop when we want!

Pros: Eating breakfast outdoors each day was lovely.
Cons: It would have been nice if to-go cups for coffee were provided.

Pros: Loved the white paint, comfortable bed, pool, location’s proximity to fantastic restaurants, bus stop, and beach. We even had a free upgrade from superior to excelsior deluxe bedroom! Receptionist and suitcase helper’s warm welcome was greatly appreciated- thank you to Despina and Stavros who made our arrival pleasant and welcoming. Very clean facilities and appreciated cleaning staff. Coordinated driving transfers to and from the airport very easily with resort staff- great perks!
Cons: It would be nice if breakfast could go to 11 AM ! But that is the only thing.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The staff, they were so kind and helpful all the times.
Cons: The bathroom
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The rooms with the tubs and pools were very nice and comfortable. The front desk staff especially Despina was really nice and informative, 10/10 would visit again. We briefly considered cancelling going to Mykonos to stay.
6,3 Good
Pros: Staff were polite and very nice.
Cons: Everything. From broken machines in the (so called) gym, to noisy fridge. Breakfast was absolutely horrible.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good. Room was nice. Best was location next to the beach. They also offer a discount for a decent restaurant on the beach.
Cons: Part of the reason why we took the hotel was because the rooms come with your own Jacuzzi. However, they don't tell you that the Jacuzzi only has cold water and it's in the shade which makes having a jacuzzi pointless. Was really disappointed in this. For this reason I have to give them a poor score for facilities - this was completely misleading and is unacceptable.

Pros: Everything. The employees. The room was big. The pool was great and the breakfast was good too. With supermarket just outside and the bus stop 50 m away
Cons: Anything

Pros: Our Host was very nice and helping. She went out of the way to arrange breakfast for us and she was always answering our queries and made our stay relaxed and very beautiful. Thanks Richa. We recommend this place. It is very close to beach and local bus stop is just 200 meters walk. In every way it is the Perfect location.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: We stayed for three nights. Good value for the money. The room was big and clean. A short walk down to the beach. We rented a car and it was easy to park at the hotel. Friendly staff. Ritsa in the reception was super helpful!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I like that there is a pool so one does not have to travel down the road to the beach. This place is also near to transportation, stores and serves a nutritious-filled breakfast.
Cons: The room light was a bit too dim-for me-a 61 year old. Everything else was excellent.
7,1 Good
Pros: Extremely friendly staff, close to Perivolos and Perissa beach, the bus station is near, and the breakfast is quite good
Cons: Our room's design was very beautiful however not practical. We hit our heads several times on the curved sealing/wall, and the shower was very narrow that my 1.94m tall husband couldn't take a shower while standing up! Unfortunately the room had a bad smell that we believe coming from the bathroom.

Pros: every thing was perfect
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Great hosts, perfect location, calm, but close to shop, bus stop, ect. Room is simple, but preserves Santorinian traditional style. Breakfasts were good. Overall, it is a perfect place to stay.
Cons: The rooms can be cleaned more often. We stayed for 11 nights, and the floor was not washed during this time.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The rooms and the terrace were very big and comfortable. Very helpful and kind staff. Perissa is out of the bustle of Oia and Fira which is enjoyable. At Perissa you have nice restaurants where you can eat at a reasonable price whereas in Oia and Fira the prices are outrageous.
Cons: We enjoyed everything.
7,1 Good
Pros: Good location. Near bus stop and restaurants.
Cons: The tub is very small and shower is dated. The bathroom can use an upgrade. The bed was not really comfy.
7,5 Good
Pros: The staff are fantastic. They were always around to answer our many questions and gave good advice. The breakfast was okay, and I got the sense that if you ask for anything different or beyond what was it, they'd happily make it. The room was nice - great high ceilings that have the sense of a large, luxurious room.
Cons: In (most of) Greece, the plumbing is old and not great. You can't flush your toilet paper. This hotel was good about emptying the garbage early every day, but if you can't handle the idea of not flushing the TP, maybe avoid this island alltogether.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Enjoy the delicious breakfast especially fresh fruit and Greek yoghurt. For any questions don't hesitate to ask the staff, the ladies are absolutely kind and helpful.

Pros: Excellent view Good facilities available Very friendly staff Good choice of breakfast
Cons: Should mention no reception service at night probably after 10pm Tea bags kept in room but no cups.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel Irigena is a really unique Perissa hotel, more a "home from home" than a hotel actually. Set back a few hundred meters from the beach it has a quiet and peaceful charm that makes you actually feel as though you are a real resident of Perissa for your stay rather than just a tourist. Micheal and Kiki are wonderful hosts and all the hotels facilities are as you would expect. Comfortable rooms . Spacious. Clean towels daily. Great Breakfasts. Magnificent views of the mountain behind leading up to Ancient Thira and beyond. Thoroughly recommended for a real Santorini experience!
Cons: I cannot think of any worthwhile;e comment to add here. Its a lovely hotel run by lovely people.

Pros: Hanging clothes facility; you can borrow hairdryer or kettle from the hotel. Parking space right outside the hotel if you rent a car. Great view of the spectacular mountain.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing stay! The staff was very friendly and attentive, the room was simple but very clean and cozy, we had everything we needed. The location is also great, you can see the beach and the sea from the terrace, and it's a 5 minutes walk there, also 4 minutes to the bus stop. A little bit aside from the rest of the beach hotels, which makes it cozier. We would totally choose this hotel next time in Santorini!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location, friendly and helpful Owners. One of the best places to stay at Santorini and to have a good starting point to others, probably more famous locations at the Island. Very close to the nice beach with many restaurants and taverns and to mountains area. Thanks again George :)
7,1 Good
Pros: The owner was a friendly guy that we really enjoyed talking with when we had the time to do so. You also can't beat the location of this place to where the beach was (3 minute walk) and it felt really safe walking back to alone at 2am. Part of that safety is because it's literally at the end of the village where there's not much traffic happening at all. The restaurants are all in great proximity as well!
Cons: The bathroom situation is small and there is no shower curtain for the shower, so when you shower, literally everything gets soaked. For Americans, imagine being in a bathtub taking a shower, but also in the tub is the sink, toilet, and counters. That's what that bathroom felt like. Speaking as an American (because it could be different for other countries), the "shared balcony" is actually a shared porch 2 feet off the ground and is about 3 feet wide (from door to railing). There is a outdoor patio that's about 5 steps up from the ground out front with plenty of seating, which is also counted in the "shared balcony" description. To be honest, the photos and descriptions make it look about 6 times better than what it actually is - so just bare that in mind (not that it's terrible by any means, just to help manage your expectations on what to expect).
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Attention to detail was excellent, nothing too much trouble, provided us with a kettle on request and even let us use his shower room on our last day as we weren’t getting picked up until 1830, much needed, thanks

Pros: Confortable room close to the beach and all the restaurants and bars. And a great host :)

Pros: It's a good deal for it's price. Few minutes walk from the beach and the main bus stop easy access to Fira and Pyrgos. The apartment was clean and it was also cleaned on a daily basis. The room is simply furnished and the beds were so comfortable. The owners were helpful and kind :)
Cons: Everything was good.

Whever we returned back to our hotel from our day out Stamatis welcomed us with a big smile which filled our day with positive vibes. We where also given a very warm welcome by Stamatis. Wanna thank the whole team again to make us feel so special (:
Cons: I think swimming pool was having a refurbishment ):

Pros: Just stayed here the one night, but very friendly staff. Room was a good size and clean, Similar to the ibis in England, nice budget hotel and with buffet breakfast included in the price. Very good I would recommend
Cons: everything was fine
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: The manager was pleasent
Cons: 2 metres from our room was the main road with heavy traffic noise, quad bikes, motorbikes, wagons, coaches all night from the road so we didnt sleep all night, there is no quiet space anywhere The pool area is also next to the main road, clever photography belies the true location. The beach is over a mile away down a very busy dangerous road with no paths to walk on, VERY UNSAFE. We have lost nearly 900 Euros on this stay as we moved out the next day to a much quieter safer hotel. Hotel claims all rooms are soundproofed they are not. So if your looking for a sleepless holiday you have found the right hotel, if you want a relaxing break DO NOT BOOK HERE, further reviews will show we are not alone in our assessment of the Privee hotel

Pros: Friendly and very helpful personnel. Clean and modern rooms.
Cons: Noise from road traffic. Breakfast served at facility under ground with no view.

Pros: The property is beautiful, very modern. The staff is very hospitable and friendly. They made our stay even better than it already is. The included breakfast is great and the beach is only 2 minutes away. Included with our stay were two sunbeds at the beach!

Cons: Road quite noisy and busy.

Pros: The staff make this hotel! They go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The welcome they gave us was second to none and to find fresh fruit and a bottle of wine waiting in the room was a bonus. The rooms are nicely decorated and the breakfast is fantastic. We had such a lovely time here!

Cons: Nothing at all.....
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: Swimming pool is good
Cons: Horrible experience. The staff was extremely disrespectful, we caught them taking pictures of us for which we complained and the owner said that we’re taking pictures of the sheets to send to the laundry - which didn’t make sense and it was invasion of privacy. The next day our MacBook was stolen! And when we asked her to show the cctv footage she started screaming at us. Meanwhile shampoos were provided only one day out of four days we lived there. No ac, and the beddings were only changed once in two days, nor everyday. Pathetic!!!! We are very much concerned about MacBook which has all personal data, photos & 3 years uni work/ assignments of my daughter We demand booking.com to take action, investigate the incident, check cctv footage, we hv 100% doubt on lady cleaner as she asked her to leave the room while she was cleaning & we had a bitter argument a day earlier while she was taking picture of my daughter who was laying on bed We Strongly Advised Not to stay in this hotel, we also Strongly recommend booking.com to delist this property
4,2 Okay
Pros: The hotel was in a good location and the hospitality was fantastic.
Cons: The beddings had stains on them and so did the towels. The sink area and kettle were dirty and we didn't really use them. When showering, the pipes set off a really strong smell and you could tell that the water was unfiltered.

Pros: Excellent location, clean, tidy rooms, great restaurants nearby, wonderful staff and service. Highly recommended
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location is fantastic. Although not on the cliffs of the caldera being on a clean beach with 4 pools is very relaxing. The staff was very friendly and willing to help with all questions. Even got a nice price for a room day use. Breakfast was just enough and lunch at the pool bar very tasty and reasonably priced. The beds are super comfortable and the entire family had a great time. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay on Santorini a bit away from the hassle and bustle of the main towns.
Cons: Honestly had no issues to mention.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel's location was ideal! The place is very nice, it’s only two feet away from the beach! Watersports Jet-SKI close to the hotel, nice pool, good access to the beach and many nice restaurants by the beach. You are far from everywhere (Oia 45' by car, Fira 25/30'). We preferred to be in a nicer and more compfortable hotel and drive to the locations, if you don't want to drive this is not an option for you.“ Breakfast was lovely. Good and clean hotel rooms.
5,8 Okay
Cons: The breakfast was very average. It was difficult to get a spot by any of the pools.
6,3 Good
Pros: Nice amenities, decent rooms.
Cons: The food is underwhelming; the breakfast is generic with terrible coffee. The service leaves much to be desired. The location is not ideal (a 30 minute drive to Fira.)
2,5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: It is not like the pictures at all and they give us room on the basement no windows even that we reserve family room Full of ants and insects even on the bid and we tell them that but nothing change at all
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent clean room (Junior Suite). Helpful staff. Large selection of breakfast options. The hotel's location was ideal with excellent restaurants very close by and much more tranquil than nearby Perissa beach. Salads for lunch around the pool were tasty. There are plenty of local bars with beach cabana's which make an excellent way to spend an afternoon relaxing all within easy reach of the hotel.
Cons: Internet WiFi in the room was good however I found it difficult to get a stable connection when sat by the pools.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The area was very nice and beautiful.
Cons: A little far from Thira and Oia. The hotel is not flexible about check out time.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: - Great location: next to the beach! There is not so much to do in the neighbourhood, but since Santorini is such a small island, you can get virtually anywhere within 30-45 minutes by car or taxi. - Although we stayed here during the high season (August) it was calm at the hotel. There were always loungers available, there were not a lot of people in the pool bar, there were very few guests in the hotel pools ... . Perfect to relax after a day of excursions. - Next to the beach - Not far from restaurants - Friendly and helpful staff - Clean
Cons: The quality of the breakfast and dinner could be much better. It can also be very crowded during breakfast, I feel the seating area is too small for the number of guests. On the other hand: the food at the pool bar during lunch was excellent: great quality, large portions ...

Pros: Very friendly staff. The driver who picked us up took us straight to our room. No wasting time check in. Stored my luggage till evening. Best thing is it's just 3 min walk to Paresa beach, 24 hour bakery and Co-OP.
Cons: We arrived late because of my flight, so slept at 4am. But there was alot of noises coming from outside road close by. And the door banging as people were leaving and coming.
4,6 Okay
Pros: John was very kind to us!
Cons: There was a RAT in our room
7,1 Good
Pros: The hotel is a value for money, so you get what you pay for. The room had air conditioning and a fridge.
Cons: Room was very basic with poor lighting. We didn't have any proper window.
7,1 Good
Pros: Close walking distance to the black beach. Bus stop and supermarket right next to the hotel. We received a free extra bed (it was 7 of us in the apartment for 6 people). The host was friendly and provided his own cutlery when we asked for it.
Cons: Apartment was tiny and so was the bathroom. Bathroom was quite old. Wi-fi was not working most of the time. The pool seemed dirty so we didn´t even use it - were using one of the beach clubs pool instead. There was quite a lot of noise coming from the street at night.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: John is been really Kind with us. We had a great Time, thanks by heart John!
Cons: Everything was ok! Thanks John!
7,5 Good
Pros: John is very helpful and an all round nice guy Well located Room was very big Bed was comfortable
Cons: The property needs updating. There were no cooking facilities in our room. Air con was very noisy.
6,3 Good
Pros: The hotel is located just near by the bus stop and the beach.
Cons: My room looks quite old. I couldn't pay by card there. The check-in process is not professional.
7,1 Good
Pros: it was closed off to the main street. liked that they had a small fridge in the rooms to keep water cold. Nice owner.
Cons: the air-con machine was old, loud and rattled more than it worked otherwise the environment was clean. Pool was a tad dirty but nothing to extreme. TAD overpriced for what you get I must admit after staying in other places in Santorini. Is attached to owners house so feels a little bad talking slightly loud at night.

Pros: The location is good for visiting famous spot.
Cons: I saw a very big cockroach in the bathroom in midnight. The bed is not comfortable for sleeping!

Featured amenities include a computer station, express check-in, and express check-out. A ferry terminal shuttle is provided at no charge, and free self parking is available onsite.
7,5 Good
Pros: Along the main road accessible to buses, supermarket and not that far from beach area. Also, has nice swimming pool and cafe. Staff are all friendly like June from the swimming cafe and Demetriv, the guy that normally cleans the room.
Cons: I would recommend to upgrade their reception area to make it presentable and comfortable for the guests. The elderly couple owners was lovely but their is a bit of communication barrier that we even waited for hours by the pick up at the airport Our assigned room supposedly has balcony with views and wi-fi but we were disappointed.
7,1 Good
Pros: 1) Location near black sand beach, 2) ample parking space, 3) spacious double room unit for a family
Cons: Sticky floor, linen that could have been better.
7,9 Good
Pros: The stay was great. The pick was in time although I arrived late in night. Staff was quite helpful. Absolute value for money.
Cons: Nothing. It's good for the money spent.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was extremely fiendly and helpful. We got free transfers from and to the airport. We had a very nice room with a balcony that had a view to the pool. We received new towels every day and our bed was made. The Hotel is located at a very good place because the bus stop is not far away, and the pick-up points for tours usually stop right at the hotel's front door. Quad rentals are also available nearby. There is a supermarket 150m away which makes shopping easier. It takes a 15-20 minutes walk to reach the beach, but it was fine. We had a very good time in Santorini! Thank you! :)
7,5 Good
Pros: Reasonable price, great location, pool better than expected, could bring own drinks and food to pool, large room.
Cons: Kitchenette area small and not amazingly clean, no toaster and had to ask for a kettle. Floor a little dirty but this is typical for Greece, balcony small.
4,6 Okay
Pros: Moderately cheap, in close proximity to the beach and a short drive to the city
Cons: Everything else. The bead and pillows was totally uncomfortable. The water was pure seawater (salty water) so I developed a rash on my whole body. No shampoo or toiletries were included.
2,9 Mediocre
Pros: Daily room cleaning.
Cons: Avoid this place at all cost. The water was salty !! The old lady said that apparently its everywhere in santorini which is not true. We got rash from using this salty water. Second of all, when we asked the old lady at the reception for two bowls for our breakfast we got them but they looked like they were for animals, they were dirty, oily, greesy and additionally we got two plastic spoons which were laying on dirty surface before. I asked the old lady if we could wash it somewhere as they are dirty and she said in a rude way that we can use their kitchen. Their kitchen looked horrible !!! Sink was old and dirty, sponges looked like they were not changed for ages. I am speechless. Next, when we arrived, the reception looked like no one even carred to make it look presentable, chaos and lots of things laying around. Then when we got to the room first thing we notoced was dirty and greesy knife, opened napkins, and paper plates. The sope bottle in the bathroom was close to empty. Everything was overall very old, specially the swing please consider this when taking kids with you. This was the worst place I have ever stayed.

Pros: the owner and her son tried their best to help and be friendly, but, sadly, without many results.
Cons: Horrible! first, hotel Perissa does not really locate in Perissa, but at the very edge of it, with a surrounding rather deserted, 25-minute walk to the kamari beach, 10-minute walk to nearest and only supermarket. Secondly, the pool bar of the hotel is closed almost all day. Thirdly, speaking of cleanness or comfort or ease of the hotel seems to be a joke, everything's worn, untidy or just broken. last but absolutely not least, the reception room turned to be shut down all day, you are more easily to buy a lottery and win million dollars rather than find the owner of the hotel in an opened reception room. i met a German girl who was desperate to find anyone who may let her check in at 10 pm and finally drag the owner up from her sleep-bed

Pros: shall walk more than 20 minutes on a dangerous road to the beach. the staff's English is not good enough to communicate and the food in the bar is terrible.

Pros: Free parking and swimming pool
Cons: The hotel is not 600 mts from the beach, but it's at least 1.200 mts and the way from the beach to hotel is not safe due to cars and motorbyke driving fast and dogs herds. The staff wasn't nice at all save for Fred who came to pick us up and took us back to airport. The breakfast was not intercontinental: 4 bisquits 4 eggs a cup of coffee or tea, and a sort of chemical orange juice. The room smelled odd and mine didn't have view on sea.
