Courtyard Peoria is just minutes of the Shoppes at Grand Prairie, where visitors can partake in some excellent shopping. The Bistro, located inside of the Courtyard Peoria, serves up American favorites for breakfast and dinner in addition to serving Starbucks specialty drinks. Guests looking for lodging for Peoria wedding venues love how close we are to Haven on the Farm and Venue Chisca. At the end of the day, unwind with a drink at the Bistro's bar, open 5 p.m. - 10 p.m. daily. Pros (+) Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Pool and hot tub were nice, design seems fairly modern. The room was nice and quiet.
Cons (-) No breakfast, coffee was provided by an in hotel Starbucks which is not my favorite. It was a little out of the way to get to, but not bad.

Pros (+) I like that the hotel was clean and staff was very helpful. It was nice that there was a computer and printer that was easy to use while we stayed.
Cons (-) The indoor pool was not operational the time that we stayed there, this was very disappointing as it was the number one reason we choose this hotel to let the kids swim indoors. They did offer us to use a neighboring hotels pool, but it was less than 35 degrees outside and no way was I letting the kids walk outside wet in those temperatures.

Pros (+) The front desk was fantastic and quick to respond. We had a couple problems involving the reservation and room; they wrapped them up right away with great aplomb, pleasantness and humor. Would absolutely go back.
