Cons: I have been there several times and keep going back. Bar was very quiet but I suppose it is a quiet time of year.

Pros: The location was very convenient and the staff very helpful.
Cons: We were there during the rugby World Cup playoffs and the pub and inn were crowded with fans. It was noisy above our room a couple nights from other hotel guest walking around and banging doors.

Pros: Customer service and location was excellent and couldn’t be faulted.
Cons: Shower facilities were poor in both showers we had access to. One morning scaffolding was being taken down at 0745 and we were not told about this (it was a Saturday morning). Lights on the landing affected the light in room so when trying to sleep wasn’t fully dark and kept us up.
