Summary of reviews
Guests say
The majority of guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, reporting dirty rooms, bathrooms, and pool, as well as issues with pests and unpleasant odors. Several reviews also mentioned maintenance problems, such as broken lights, malfunctioning appliances, and run-down facilities. While some guests appreciated the friendly staff and comfortable beds, these positives were overshadowed by the negative experiences related to hygiene and upkeep. A few reviews highlighted good location and value for price, but overall, the hotel failed to meet expectations for most visitors.AI-generated from customer reviews
