We thought the hotel was in a fantastic location, just a few steps away from the beach and the boardwalk as well as the castle. The value is great, we went in winter and got a very good price for two nights.
I really don't have any complaints. The only one I can say, and this has absolutely nothing to do with the hotel, is that in winter, a lot is closed. It's something to keep in mind if you plan to go to Peñíscola. However, for us, the lack of a lot of tourists was very relaxing.

Location very good. Close to sea front - less than 5 minute walk! Breakfast excellent!
WiFi reception poor, as was tv reception. Continually breaking up!

Central location, but parking was very difficult. It didn't help that the underground car park on the seafront was closed. The breakfast was good, with a reasonable choice. The room was comfortable as was the bed. Recommended at the price.
The main problem is the lack of parking.
