DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYPros:NOTHINGCons:They would not pick us up at airport - causing us to spend money on a cab. When we arrived they were RUDE, asked if they would be driving us back to airport when we returned the car - they said no causing a round trip cab ride of $43.00. We decided not to use their service. Classic bait and switch - Failed to mention a 250mCons:Had to change rental, with completely new rate (twice the price) for the exact same class of vehicles. This was due to the limit in range you can take certain cars from Payless. I would have taken my business elsewhere.Reviewed Jan 3 2017
