Pros: It was a big hotel, not crowded. The pool was clean, wifi was good. Shopping centers are nearby.
Cons: The only drawback is that I had to walk from the hotel to go to the main road. They should have a shuttle service which could take us and bring us back to and from hotel to the main road.

Pros: Pretty much everything was great. Staff was friendly and efficient, facilities were very nice, pool was great, etc
Cons: Restaurant is a bit pricey for the area, the jacuzzi was dirty and weak, and I didn't care of the "minty" bathroom amenities.

Pros: Like the location, cleanliness, and breakfast.
Cons: I have stayed at this hotel annually for the last 5 years. This time when I checked out I was curtly advised I owed them a Baht 200 cleaning fee for wiping some spilled coffee with a hand towel. I was shocked and taken aback and told them I was an old customer but they insisted on charging this. I find this quite ridiculous and told them I would never return unless I got a refund and apology.

Pros: The hotel is by the beach road, which make things easy for us to go from one point to another. The room is big and sutable for a couple. the breakfast is ok, staff are good and very helpful, but they are always run out of food.
Cons: The staff in the reception never smile at you and don't care that you are waiting for them to serve you even there is no one in front of you. Requested a non smoking room, but the room was smelly and I asked them to do something about it which they did but the smell came back again in a few hours.

Cons: The shower is solar; thus I had the coldest shower ever this AM. While I waited for several minutes with h20 running, it never got warm, let alone hot. Also, bring a machine to make ‘white-noise’ as you can hear every footstep, from the tile, which lines the floor, to all rooms. The on-site owner?, was cordial and greeted me at the bar. I mistakenly thought he was a patron, until he approached the bar and helped clarify my order. There was a live band last night, which I listened for awhile but went to bed, as I didn’t recognize any of the songs or style of music. Also, I believe this hotel does not allow for one to return with a guest, from what I read but I had no guest last night, due tired. I booked tonight at the Sun & Moon Hotel, walkable distance. It is plush, POSH, modern, stylish, etc... no, I don’t have stock, just good taste, Oops, I mean, advice...

Cons: The room was very small with zero comfort amenities like water, refrigerator. Bed had a shabby pillow fit only for a child. Since I had already prepaid for two days, I couldn't wait for the two days to run out and then scram....I guess you get what you pay for cos it is cheap and good value for the money. I'll give them one thing though, it is squeaky clean.

Pros: Location, comfort and staff were excellent. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and attractions. Good value for the money
Cons: Breakfast was disappointing, but provided sufficient sustenance. The variety was limited and unlike other ibis properties, no omelet/cook to order options.
