Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy views of the river. Many also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff. However, several guests were disappointed by the lack of staff presence at certain times, issues with breakfast service, and occasional problems with amenities such as the fridge and TV. Some found the beds too soft or uncomfortable, and a few mentioned noise from the street. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, especially for those prioritizing location and a clean environment.
