This is a gem of a hotel, but in a weird setting. Everything was clean and comfortable, the staff was nice, and I love that they have solar panels over the parking so the car was shaded and the property is setting a good example for sustainability. I choose good on cleanliness because the bathroom could use some caulking around the top of bathtub, which was very dark in some areas, as well as the caulking on some of the title grout bathroom floor. The internet was out initially, and you could not watch tv or use the phone. That was corrected later. Everyone was super nice, and we enjoyed our stay.

Pros (+) We were able to walk to the fair from hotel. It was a very nice, clean hotel. Staff was nice. The full bar was great! Breakfast was also great!
Cons (-) Bed was not comfortable, at all. I lost sleep because of it.

Pros (+) The free breakfast in the morning is incredible. They have an omelet station, waffles, eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausage, bagels, cereal, fruit and pastries. The staff is phenomenal.
