Guest reviews highlight a convenient location and generally friendly staff. However, cleanliness is a major concern, with many guests describing dirty rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. The pool is frequently mentioned, but opinions are mixed due to issues with maintenance and access. Service receives both praise for friendliness and criticism for unprofessional behavior. Overall, while some improvements are noted, the hotel struggles with cleanliness and upkeep.

Very good

Staff were very nice. Bed was comfortable. The pool was very nice. Location is good with shops beside the motel for essentials. I would recommend a new BBQ or two. Do not use the mop on counters. Check the pool washroom more frequently for cleanliness. Art work in the rooms would be a nice touch.
