We usually stay at a different beachside hotel but thought we would try something different this time and are we ever glad we did. This hotel is a gem! It was so clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful, the pool was great for the kids, the food we ordered from the restaurant for breakfast was delicious and the location is perfect. My one and only complaint is the water pressure in the show...

Pros (+) Julie was awesome.. Very clean facility.. Check in and out was easy
Cons (-) Reserved for dinner took over 20 Mins to be seated and another 15 before getting coffee and to take order and another 30 Mins to get meal.. We just about left

Pros (+) The rooms are clean and the location is great as its a quick jaunt to the beach. Its very close to restaurants and such in the area.
Cons (-) The pool and hot tub were closed for renovations. My file said that they had tried to call me but i had no indication of a missed call or a voicemail. :( when we expressed that we weren't happy she didn't seem too concerned nor offered us anything b/c of the mix up.
