Overall good stay
Staff was friendly and accommodating. Location is great if you know how to move around using public transportation.
I didn't like that there was no outlet in the bathroom to plug in my straightener and curling iron.
Outstanding everything and love Americans
Breakfast could've been better
Location was fantastic, extremely close to a metro station that you could take to pretty much wherever in Paris you wanted to go. Whilst the hotel was very luxurious (especially after a free upgrade to the executive suite) the immediate area around the hotel was rather grubby, with some intimidating homeless stationed not too far from the main entrances. The facilities were great, a nice looking gym on the 3rd floor, the pool was very nice albeit a little smaller than the photos make out. The restaurant was reasonably priced, and the food was decent. The hotel staff very friendly and spoke a variety to languages and I felt there was no real language barrier. The hotel room was very comfortable and clean and could not be faulted.
Surrounding area a little scary in contrast to the niceness of the hotel. Walls are rather thin, and could hear the surrounding guests quite clearly.
Free Wi-Fi, pool, good breakfast, polite stuff
The room was quite small for three people
easy accsess to train and metro
next to a down and out soup kitchen
The included buffet breakfast was perfect for our family. Also, the indoor pool was clean and well-maintained.
Using Eurostar and arriving at Gare du Nord it was easy to transfer to Gare de Lyon Station which is right next door to this hotel. The Hotel was a 10 minute walk to The Palais du Omnisport where we had tickets for a concert - perferct.
Breakfast not included, therefore slightly overpriced, and the breakfast was very expensive. Restaurant does not open until 7.00pm - too late for a meal before a concert.
Good location and quiet room
the staff were fantastic and the size of the room and the beautiful bath only added to our enjoyment.
The idea that you had no doorman or bellhop. At 65 yrs of age dragging four pieces of luggage to our room from the street was a chore
very modern and clean hotel
maybe a bigger pool food and drink overpriced
not enough milk, tea bags etc in the room
Close to the office of Rohm and Haas. Comfortable bed.
the pool is nice if a bit small
i couldnt get the tv internet in my room to work. i asked reception and they said they'd send someone, but it never happened
