Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location near metro stations and tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city. However, there are widespread complaints about poor cleanliness, with many reviews mentioning dirty rooms, bathrooms, and carpets. Several guests also report issues with uncomfortable or old beds, unhelpful or limited staff service, and a lack of value for the price paid. While the location stands out as a positive, the overall experience is marred by significant cleanliness and comfort concerns.
