Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Many reviews highlight the convenience to metro stations, attractions, and concert venues. However, a significant number of guests express disappointment with the lack of air conditioning, especially during hot weather, and some mention that the breakfast does not meet expectations. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some rooms and bathrooms described as clean and others noted as needing improvement. Overall, the hotel is seen as a good value with a welcoming atmosphere, but could benefit from better amenities and breakfast options.
