Pros (+) Location to Eiffel Tower is great. We are athletes so being able to check in early and out late allowed us to get our workouts in the days we arrived and left.

Pros (+) The staff was welcoming, even before my arrival. The location was easy to get to -- my uber from Gare du Nord was 13 euros and the Passy metro station was so close (2ish blocks), I used it a lot. My room was perfect -- small (single) but very clean and nice amenities. I was so glad to come back each night. Would definitely stay here again.
