Pros (+) Amazing location & comfortable beds. Rooms are small but perfect value for money for two friends traveling together.

Pros (+) Excellent service; clean, comfortable, quiet location; great location; modern, stylish decor; great price.
Cons (-) I think 25 euros is a bit high for breakfast (though the breakfast looked very good), so you may want to search for a rate that includes it.
