Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent and convenient location, especially its proximity to major transport links and lively neighborhoods. However, many reviews express dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms, noting issues such as dirty towels, unclean floors, and leftover items from previous guests. Service at the reception is frequently criticized for being unhelpful or rude, with some guests reporting negative experiences with staff. Room sizes are also mentioned as being smaller than expected in several reviews. Despite these drawbacks, the central location remains a standout positive for most visitors.
