Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's exceptional location, with many highlighting its proximity to major attractions like the Eiffel Tower and convenient access to public transport. The staff received frequent compliments for their friendliness, professionalism, and helpfulness, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Cleanliness was also a strong point, with rooms and common areas described as spotless and well-maintained. However, a few guests reported issues with noise levels in some rooms and concerns about value for price, while one guest experienced a serious security incident. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives for most visitors.
