Most guests praised the hotel's excellent and central location, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and attractions. Many appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms. However, several guests were disappointed by the very small room sizes, cramped elevators, and occasional issues with service, including unexpected charges and communication difficulties. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel was seen as a convenient base for exploring the city.
