1. No elevator from the lobby. You need to go up and later down the stairs with tour luggage since the elevator is on the first floor not at the reception. 2. The electronic key didn’t work so I needed to ask the guy at the front desk to go up to open my room (they fix that the next day) to enter and also later after going out for dinner...., this is very inconvenient and awkward. This is a no, no .... 3. The safe box didn’t work they needed also to fix it 4. There was a leak in the sink... 5. They charged me 3 euros in cash when checking out and still don’t know why ... it was already paid in advance. In fact because it was paid in advance I didn’t change hotel for the second day. 6. Very small room and with some doubts about cleaning. Plus they do not offer extra amenities in the bathroom for the second day. I chose that hotel instead of other I knew because it was close from some working activity nearby. I gave this hotel a try after reading the booking comments but definitely would not come back nor I would recommend it.
Clean rooms staff helpful good location
The room we got didn’t have a a view and it was a smaller room than I imagined but other than that there was no problems it was clean breakfast was nice staff helpful no complaints.
Everything was near the location of the hotel that was amazing and the staffs were very friendly and helpful to us throughout our visit
Wifi connection wasn't that supportive for receiving and making what's app calls but you can browse the net at anytime but it worth it nice time spent at acropole hotel
Reception staff were very helpful particularly with suggesting methods of transport to planned visits. They were also very pleasant and cheerful. The member of staff in the breakfast room was also very pleasant and helpful. There was a good choice of food for breakfast and we were not hurried which is important to us when holidaying.
I don't feel that there was anything which we did not like.
