Guests overall appreciated the hotel's excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. Many found the hotel to be a good value for Paris and liked the unique decor and quiet atmosphere. Some guests also noted minor service inconsistencies and maintenance problems, but the positives generally outweighed the negatives.
