The grounds were very beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast was excellent, the owners were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely and clean, and there were even towel arrangements in the mornings on the bed. It is about 20 minutes walk from the historic centre which could be a downside for some people, but we felt it was very safe even late at night to walk in and out. We would definitely recommend staying here!

The Pousada is ruled by a very nice, lively and welcoming family. It's truly a place for families with kids. We had our best 'café da manhã' of all our Brasilian trip: wonderful homemade breakfast with local products. Parking is available in the courtyard down the rooms.
Maybe the wash basin could be a little bigger and the tap fixed better but shower is large and hot water available. The wifi signal could be more poowerful but Paraty makes you feel so good that you almost forget to stay connected to the global network...
