The hotel location is great; good quality and variety breakfast and very nice staff. All expected amenities available. I booked a full sea view double room that can fit up to 3 people. When the 3rd person joined, they made me pay an additional €110 per night after a lot of discussions. The room is small for 3 people. The quality of the single sofa bed for the 3rd person was bad. The final price i paid was much higher than other similar or even higher quality hotels.
The staff are always amazing, so polite and helpful. The room is kept spotlessly clean . Having allocated sunbeds is just the best idea as you have them for the whole of your stay so no daily search for somewhere to sunbathe.
There is very little which wasn't perfect. The only small issue is the room smelt damp when we arrived but know that's caused by the air conditioning.
Staff are amazing! And genuinely friendly.
Dont like eating inside.
The location of the property is great. Situated on the seafront you have the option of taking a nice easy stroll into Paphos town, or experience the lovely restaurants out on the roadside, or enjoy the peacefulness of the hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable and me and my husband slept very well. We loved the facilities also. Relax by the serenity adults only pool or use the swim up bar if you are feeling social. The breakfast wasn’t too chaotic either for a buffet and the food and choice was excellent. We would definitely return.
Great pool and conservatory, friendly maid, good omelette station system at breakfast, effective (if unusual) sunbed allocation, swim up bar (though it shut so early we only managed to use it once). Plenty of hangers. On the beach and with parking. Balcony, nice view and upgraded to a sea-facing room, room was spacious with plenty of wardrobe space and drawers, spacious bathroom
The pool bar and fountains shut at 17:15, the pool at 18:30! In fairness no-one chucked us out, but why so early? No iron in room, had to go to an ironing room with 2 dirty irons. The mattress topper to turn the twin beds to a double was too large for the bed and the sheet too small, which meant we couldn't tuck it in and got tangled up in sheets at night. It also seemed rather overpriced given the services on offer,, possibly due to the location. Anodyne decor, overhead shower was fine, but the handheld had rubbish pressure. Turn down service seemed to involve a chocolate on the pillow, but not making or straightening the bed
