Pros: This was an amazing exceptional high standard of hotel. Staff friendly and helpful, very clean and quality service!!
Pros: What a fantastic hotel. Great location, clean, lovely rooms and great breakfast. The owners and staff are wonderful and cannot do enough for you. Lovely pool area albeit we did not use it much as there are so many lovely beaches which can easily be reached by water taxi or bus. Skiathos Town is a gem. Lovely little back streets filled with shops, bars and restaurants as well as a lovely port area packed with restaurants and bars. The hotel owners would recommend and book fantastic restaurants for us and also give recommendations on beaches and excursions. All in all a fantastic place to stay.
Cons: Maybe a small gym area could be added.
Pros: Breakfast, good choice, and the rooms have a blind on the door so undisturbed by light.
Cons: The front bar/lounge could do with more comfatable chairs.
Pros: Great location in the middle of skiathos town, in walking distance of the harbour, lots of bars restaurants and shops and car/scooter/quad bike hire. Staff on the desk so friendly, went out of their way to help you including places to go see, to eat and what beaches to go to. They could talk to you all day about skiathos with very helpful information. Great breakfast and free water given out when sunbathing around the pool. Beach and pool towels provided too.
Pros: Everything is perfect in Bourtzi Hotel: the Hotel is very elegant, very well located in the center of the wonderful town in the wonderful island of Skiathos and the owners are always ready to satisfy the needs of all for a pefect holiday. A special thanks to the mitic brothers, Dimitris and Yannis!!!!!
Cons: To leave Bourtzi and Skiathos!!!!
Pros: The whole experience here was amazing - 10/10! It was a holiday for my birthday and it was the best birthday ever! Thank you to every single member of staff for being sop helpful, taking the time to help whenever we needed local advice, and paying attention to detail!
Pros: The owners family are the definition of helpful and hospitable! Follow their advise and your trip will be better because of it. The hotel itself has the perfect location for anybody, who wants to go out easily by foot. Restaurants, shops and small supermarkets are everywhere. The bus stop for the southern part of the island, which you need for most of the beaches, is just a 5 in walk away. The breakfast is local/continental/english and the food is very fresh and from good quality. All the plates are renewed constantly, so it doesn't matter when you go for breakfast. The service team is very attentive and kind. If you go to the beaches, you get freshly washed fluffy towels every day in a nice bag to carry, of course you can use them for the pool as well. Also the cleaning was perfectly fine. If you don't want to go out in the evening, you also can stay at the own bar "lobby" and get a snack/small dish and very nice cocktails, which reminds us of the creative cocktail creations of our hometown Berlin.
Pros: The staff of this hotel were all excellent. The owner on the front desk was very helpful advising us where to visit and recommending restaurants. The breakfast was first class and varied. Our room on the second floor had a nice balcony and was spacious.

Pros: The staff were so lovely and so helpful.specially like to thank Thomas, Ioanna and Stellina I can’t wait to return. Beautiful boutique hotel 5 star facilities
Pros: Really enjoyed local pies, nicely presented buffet, nice restaurant for lunch, dinner Two swimming pools adapted to young children 10 minutes walk from the islands' capital (chora)
Cons: It was somewhat difficult for the kids to find the proper water temperature in the room showers/bathtub. Different coffee types were charged extra.
Pros: We booked for 4 days, 3 of which were during Zorba the Medicane. This limited our expectations and activities in booking this holiday. The staff was exemplary in assisting us to the make the most of our holiday despite the trying circumstances.
Pros: Comfort of the room Excellent breakfast Kindness of staff Location with beautiful view on the port and the Town of Skopelos
Pros: Location and facilities are good. The staff are top class. For example keeping me informed of ferry scedules during some bad weather before we arrived.
Cons: Hotel is great. Only criticism is that the restaurant for our dinner at least did not match the superb standard for the rest of the hotel. However we only ate there one night.
Pros: Lovely spacious impeccably clean Sea Breeze Suite with a sea view... good well furnished lounge, comfy bed, and spacious bathroom with shower only tho. Breakfast on a gorgeous terrace was just good, not excellent. Fabulous reception staff. Free parking available, so appreciated. Location and views wonderful tho quite a walk ( 15mins?) to the port and old town.
Cons: Buffet breakfast with very ordinary selection and offering canned fruit...NO fresh fruit, surprising in a hotel at this level. And there was a charge for a cappuccino with breakfast! Adequate amenities in bathroom tho no face cloths provided. And bathrobes only appeared on 2nd day.
Pros: The location and the staff was extremely cordial and attentive.
Pros: the facility and staff were excellent, staff so helpful...breakfast was very good on the balcony overlooking the town. tried to fault the hotel but could not find anything to fault...I would recommend this hotel to everyone who visits Skopelos. 2pools to choose from and very comfy beds

Pros: Perfect customer service, perfect location, very clean... I loved everything.
Pros: The quality of the linens and towels was good. Loved the staff. The pool area was very pleasant
Cons: Use of plastic stirrers in hot drinks- please use teaspoons.
Pros: We arrived at the end of the season on the 3rd of October, the hotel wasn't busy at all which was great! Staff were lovely and offered us an upgrade at check-in. We were only there for 1 night so didn't get a chance to try the restaurant but would go back if we were staying in Skiathos again.
Pros: We stayed here late September this year 2019. The hotel is beautiful with a fantastic bar & restaurant & lovely clean modern rooms. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Every single member would allows greet you so warm & welcoming. Elena the receptionist went above & beyond to help us with anyone we needed or asked. She recommended day trips/ places to visit & things to do while on the island. She is a credit to the hotel. We would highly recommend La Piscine Art Hotel!

Pros: The view from the room and the balcony.
Cons: The room was not very clean and was old. The door locking system could be more secure. Facilities like toilet paper and washing liquid were either sparse or not present. We were three friends sharing the room but when the room got cleaned the towels were mixed up so we didn't know which one was ours. It would be better to either replace towels or leave them in the same place.
Pros: Position over looking the bay
Cons: The block needs to be renovated , and the bar by the pool was closed all the time.
Pros: We got a brand new room which was beautifully decorated and had a great view. Super friendly and helpful staff.
Pros: Beautiful sea view overlooking Skopelos Town and the one bedroom apartment was very spacious for 3 of us. Quiet complex a short walking distance from Skopelos Town and local bus stop.
Cons: No pool bar. Apartment not modernised as others have been in the complex and was somewhat dated in the kitchen and bathroom but was clean.
Pros: Location, facilities, welcome were perfect for us. It was spotless.
Cons: Can’t think of anything!
Pros: Location and view from our apartment was amazing and staff very helpful.
Cons: Bathroom was a bit dated and air conditioning positioned in the wrong place.
A stay at Rigas Hotel places you in the heart of Skopelos, within a 10-minute walk of Folklore Museum and Museum of Photography. Featured amenities include express check-in, express check-out, and dry cleaning/laundry services. A ferry terminal shuttle is provided at no charge.
Pros: The hotel is a good option for family, the breakfast is great and the staff very welcoming. We got a free upgrade for 3 nights to a different hotel with 5stars. Really appreciated
Cons: The bathroom was quite old fashion
Pros: Hotel seems to be located at the end of Skopelos, but still, within a few minutes of walk you can reach the City Centre. Thanks to that in hotel it is very quiet. Hotel is quite big and is also serving at least few Travel offices, so you can have full board there. The breakfast is quite good with a nice variety of choices. The pool is of decent size and rather not crowded at all. There is very good FreshMarket nearby as well. They also have a big parking space for all the cars, but this is like maybe 200meters. Rooms are of decent size and bathroom was clean with a lot of space for own belongings.
Cons: We had a room for 4 with mezzanine with an extra bed, which was very nice, however, air conditioning worked not efficient enough and we were not using it all.
Cons: Breakfast selection not great choice, rooms basic, no beer at the bar pool as had run out for 4 of the 5 days we were there!! Shower mouldy so it was just ‘OK’ really. I think it was overpriced for what it was

Pros: The staff was very helpful and polite. We had our room upgraded and had our own pool and a fantastic view from our room! Although the hotel is uphill located and there isn't much around, the landscape is outstanding, so peaceful and quiet. The hotel offers free shuttle bus to town and car rental. Breakfast was very complete and abundant. Restaurant staff very friendly and willing to help at all times for our pleasent stay. Spa services good and at reasonable prices. Excellent value for money. I recommend this hotel.
Cons: The hotel commun areas and pool area are nice, modern, big and comfortable, however room furniture is old and there's lack of maintenance. A playground area and kids pool toys would be a plus for this hotel.
Pros: The location was a few minutes up the road from downtown and the breakfast included was nice.
Cons: The room was the smallest room-you couldn’t even fit suitcase in there. The shower stall was minuscule and leaked. There were only two twin beds smooshed together (instead of a double) and they were so short my feet hung off the end. Also the mattress’s were as hard as a rock. When we asked for a double bed, different room, mattress topper for the beds, the hotel reception could only tell us “unfortunately no” for everything. If you are paying a little more to get nicer; don’t waste your money here.
Pros: The staff was trying very hard to compensate for all the issues that the hotel has, which is very appreciated. The location is quite nice at walking distance from downtown.
Cons: This hotel has a clear management issue. It's 5 stars are obviously a residual from its previous management, whereas right now, this hotel is not even 3 stars. Let's start from the room: When we arrived, the shower was broken and there was mold on the floor. We had no real closet, but an open place to append our clothes (we had no hangers), which was all humid due to the A/C device installed on top of it. We had to ask to change our sheets after a couple of stays because they wouldn't do it (which is mandatory for a 5-star hotel according to EU tourism regulations). The WiFi was a joke: it was barely working on one half of the room and not working at all on the other half. When we complained about it, they explained that "there's nothing they can do about it" - which is fine, if only they were not advertising a room with WiFi. The breakfast was overall ok but the service was far from 5-star standards. I would say that 50% of the products were from the supermarket and not fresh (which is a pity since Skoleplos has amazing bakeries with local products - we eneded up having breakfast outside of the hotel to enjoy real food). In general, the manager and the staff were available to help us improve our experience if possible but it is very clear that this hotel should be now at most 3 stars. The price we paid would've been fair for what they promise, but it is very expensive for what we actually got.
Cons: It Shouldn’t be a 5star hotel. They have everything in place but needs to be renewed. It is old and doesn’t reflect the prices and the expectations!
Pros: A really nice stay regardless it was only for a few days and a last minute choice. The location really close to Chora and convenient if you have business to do in the center of Skopelos. The people really polite and helped with renting a car even in short notice. The free parking also a nice touch.
Pros: The staff was okay
Cons: Room, cleaning, food, gym, WiFi,
Pros: The staff were helpful and always happy to answer any questions. They offer free transfer from the hotel to the port and back which may not be offered in other hotels.
Cons: The breakfast wasn’t great: It was sad for me to see insects walking on my dates first thing in the morning. The floor in our room was pretty dirty showing it hadn’t been cleaned for weeks. Finally we were unable to pay by card when checking out as the POS machine was broken. This was my second time to this hotel but i wouldn’t go back again if I am honest.
Pros: We were upgraded for free to a bungalow with private pool! This made our stay as unfortunately not everything else was as good...
Cons: The staff in reception struggled with English and were defensive to our complaints. We had to ask to see the manager who was much better. Main pool not very clean. Ants in our room so we had to be moved. Shower in new room flooded the bathroom floor.
Pros: Location was good. Close to restaurants by drive , parking. Amazing restaurants near by. Staff (Elena and Mary) so helpful and so friendly. Very good breakfast buffet although the staff at breakfast are brutal. Zero help. The kids that they have working tables are totally useless.
Cons: The rooms are from the 70s. Brutal decor. Dark. Mattress is like sleeping on the floor. Seriously worst I have ever seen. Room is old and dingy. We were grossed out. The absolute worst was the washroom. They have a bathtub from 1975 with a small piece of glass. You stand in tub with a hand shower and try to shower while literally soaking the floor because water goes everywhere. You have to use 3 towels to soak up the pool of water. It was so annoying and we couldn’t wait to leave. Had to get my own towels from front twice since maid didn’t out any. It’s a shame since staff were so nice and friendly. If it wasn’t for the great staff (Mary and Elena) I would have left this place because the mattress and bathroom were third world quality. They were so nice and friendly and helpful we couldn’t complain. If they redid the mattresses and washrooms this place would be fabulous.

Cons: Bathroom was dirty
Pros: Pretty good breakfast, kind stuff, mini fridge, location out of center so it was not noisy.
Cons: Pillow, towel and bathroom were not so clean. Balcony view is nothing special, but for one night is okay.
Pros: Friendly staff. Very clean. Close to city center. Excellent restaurant round the corner. large balcony.
Pros: Location was great
Cons: Breakfast was limited
Pros: Central position you are immediately on Papadiamanti Street in 1 minute walk. The hotel is in good conditions and held very well from the owner . Kind the nephew that made all from the reception to the breakfast

Located in Skiathos, Hotel Punta is within a 15-minute drive of Megali Ammos Beach and Achladies Beach. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: View from the superior double room to Skiathos city center is very beautiful!
Cons: We intentionally booked basic hotel just for 4 night because we already spend 7 nights at Skopelos island. Our priority was hotel parking. First disappointment was very bad road to hotel. Second big problem were rock hard mattresses. Third is very poor breakfast and the worst coffee ever. There were a lot more problems but these basic ones made our stay very disappointed. We even considered to leave hotel earlier even if we had non refundable reservation.
Cons: NO INTERNET SIGNAL / TOO EXPENSIVE / THERE IS NO DOUBLE BED IN THE ENTIRE HOTEL. THEY JUST CONNECT TWO SINGLE BEDS INTO ONE. SLEEPING ON THE GAP IS EXHAUSTING.
Pros: Leaving it
Cons: The beds, the rooms, the location, the food, the old state of the whole hotel
Pros: This hotel is very basic, I stayed here with my husband and children for 4 nights, do not stay here if you do not have a car as the distance to town is off a dirt track, not to be walked as it can be hazardous. Taxis charge anything from 10 to 15 euros into town then you need a bus or water taxi to the beaches. The breakfast wasn’t good, really basic and poor. When we arrived there were only 2 other couples there and by the time we left we were the only family staying there, reception staff (woman was rude & unhelpful) so was the owner, there is no transport to and from the town as the hotel states even when they weren’t busy! Shower in bathrooms dated with no power, pool had lots of flies floating on top of the water, I would not recommend this hotel which is a shame as some staff and surroundings were nice
Cons: Nice size pool, grounds where pool is located nice with good sun loungers. Rooms clean but towels grey and hard need replacing
Pros: The view, the food, the service, the room, everything
Cons: It's located on a mountain so amazing views but difficult to access unless driving
