Pros (+) The housekeeping was pleasant and efficient. The price was good for the proximity to the beach.
Cons (-) I didn't like that there wasn't any non-smoking rooms. There was the smell of smoke time I walked into my room which I spelled once so got back and unpacked.

Pros (+) While the property was old, it was kept reasonably well. Hallways were free of odor and enough room freshener was used. Carpets in the hallways were new. Room was very tidy and clean and so was bathroom. Breakfast was hot and good.
Cons (-) One floor lamp was not working, shower faucet was defective but functional, wash basin drain was cloggy and didn't allow water to drain out for long time making an unsightly and unhygienic wash. None of these factors would keep me from staying here again.

Pros (+) Everything was beyond my expectations. From the friendly staff to the well maintained facility. I can assure you they keep their building clean. The first thing I smelled was Fabuloso in the hallway which tells me the staff does their part in making sure guests have a clean place to sleep. Everyone we encountered with we're polite and friendly.
Cons (-) The only thing that needs a little work is them making sure the guests are aware their wi be a 50.00 deposit taking from account at check in but refunded at check out.
