Cons (-) Stayed on the fist floor, had bugs in the unit around the bathroom mirror. Was awaken at 2:30 AM with an domestic dispute above our room that resulted in a broken window & the police being called. Sketchy area. Did not feel safe at all being outside after dark. Hardwood floor dirty,
