Stayed in Room 312. Very musty smell as soon as entering the room. Smelled as if there had been a pervious toilet overflow and the carpet trapped the water and toilet water odors. It was late (after 10:00pm) when I checked in so I just dealt with it… but the odor was very bad throughout the night. Pros (+) The lady at the front desk from Jamaica was very pleasant to speak with. The location is great.
Cons (-) They could have at least made up the beds 2 out of 3 of our stay but we received none. The carpet looks extremely dirty. We also saw 2 roaches in our room. I normally stay here when I am in town but I will have to search elsewhere now.

Pros (+) The beds were nice and the room was clean as was the bathroom.
Cons (-) The walls were too thin as I could hear the family two rooms down for most of the first night I was there. When I first arrived the hallway smelled of marijuana and the room itself smelled of cigarette smoke. I'm hoping these smells were due to construction of the building.
