Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and generally enjoyed the pool area, with plenty of sunbeds and a relaxing atmosphere. However, many were dissatisfied with the slow and insufficient elevators, often leading to long wait times. Service was frequently described as unfriendly or unhelpful, and cleanliness standards, especially in rooms and linens, sometimes fell short. While the location and pool were highlights, improvements in staff attitude, elevator capacity, and housekeeping are needed.
